Nikko is a trained assassin from a snowy, secluded mountaintop country, having left it to seek their prince whose been missing for many, many years. He stumbles upon a humble village, and is charmed by a young man who works in an inn.

Over time, it becomes clear that Nikko's home country has nefarious intentions when the effects of his own brainwashing begin to fade away, allowing him to think clear. The realization there's an Entity that wishes to become whole again using the missing Prince and the currently ruling Queen- his sister- makes the situation dire.

Time is repeated over and over, in an attempt to save all their lives and stop this Entity from becoming whole and destroying the world as they know it.
