i do some art & some games
mostly been working on pokebirbs until i feel more comfy with things lol
(and current game is Evoland 2 with Khimera Puzzle Island as a backup)

i mostly stream to try to get more comfy with my voice, since that's always been a problem for me
no lofty goals, but i might be able to apply for affiliate soon?  i think all that's left is the hours/days requirement
and that would be cool just to make the channel a li'l more fun lol

I think I'm going to put the wizards back in the No-Sale Zone
...because I want to put them in my RPGmaker project!  \o/
i'd been vaguely considering the idea for a while, but last night i had a brainstorming session that made me way more excited for it
so basically i'd like to use as many of the wizards as possible in the project lol

still ok with any last-minute offers, but i'm gonna go ahead & Keep the remainder of them starting probably tomorrow~

but yea just a week ago i was like "i don't get cohost, why would i use it"

so it's got, like

and i mean, who knows how long that will last
but i'm enjoying it for the moment

very friendly community, the bookmarked tags are *amazing* for discoverability, and it's such a simple feature too
idk why so many other sites mess it up & mix it all in with ur home feed
cohost does the nice simple separation of home feed & tags that i've always wanted

lately i've really been craving a site where i can be free from my own "brand" & i feel like cohost lends itself well to just bein yourself & postin' whatever u want

tbh, my adopt sales have been a struggle, but i gave it some thought & decided that i'm ok with more flexible payment options!  would make me happier than just having them sit there 😅
i will be slowly updating my listings to reflect this, but here's the lowdown on my new policy:

Everything in my For Sale folder will now be OTA under these conditions:
(you may also ask about anyone [except Tyrp] in the Wizards folder--they don't have prices up, but for now i'll set the blanket haggling value at "$10ish" each.)

listed price is still my #1 preference!
-i have closed the kofi autobuy shop in order to prevent any mixups [ex: someone auto-buying at the exact time i was accepting an offer from someone on TH. unlikely, but you never know!]
-cash payments will be invoiced via paypal

but, i will now allow haggling!
-please try not to lowball too hard if you're not offering anything else lol  (ex: please only offer lowballs like $5 if you're planning to include something else)

i will also accept alternative and/or combined payments in the form of:
-art of any of my characters; including others in the For Sale folder [would be nice to make their galleries a bit more appealing lol]
no style or "skill" requirements other than being full color.  (and y'know.  visible effort!  :'v  will be hesitant to trade again w/ppl who are clearly just scrawling out 2 minute doodles beneath their skill level)
-strictly bird characters or customs.  tbh i don't really know what to do with adopted OCs, but i wouldn't mind collecting birds since i just like 'em lol?? (they can be anthro or feral or even flightless--a bird face is my main requirement)
-gifting steam games from my wishlist
(will be pretty flexible with these; won't be too particular about equivalent cash value)
-discord nitro subs
-physical items
(US only since i'd prefer shipping to be covered & don't want to inflict those international fees on anyone 🙃 )

-any other animal stuff, tho I tend to prefer at least semi-realistic styles

-if there's any fandomy stuff you want to offer, feel free to bring it up & I'll see if it crosses over w/any of my interests!  (I would make a list, but it would be obnoxiously long lol)

Reminders:
-Adoptable rights & art assets will not be released until i receive the agreed upon payment
-for any payments involving art or customs, i will put the adopt on hold for a maximum of 3 weeks.  if you don't think you'll be able to complete your art offer by then, i would prefer that you pay through one of the more instant methods.  (i will make exceptions for elaborate things like animations or 3D pieces, but this will need to be discussed beforehand)
-i'm willing to consider holds over 3 weeks for physical items if you have reason to believe it will take that long.  i will require a photo of what you plan to send though, just as a precaution!  :')
-please do not initiate payments without talking to me first 😓 [Ex: don't gift games to me & then ask for the adopt; i will interpret this as being manipulative & will block you from any further transactions, after refunding you appropriately]
-if there are multiple pieces to your payment, please send them all together at the same time, rather than one at a time.  (that way it won't be awkward if, for example, you already gifted me a steam game, but the other half of your payment was an art piece that you won't be able to finish for a while due to a situation that came up.)  
-if a shipped item is part of a hybrid payment, wait until i confirm receiving it before sending the rest
-i reserve the right to reject any offer that makes me uncomfortable [ex: very possible i might feel uncomfortable handing my address out for physical item offers; just depends on the level of acquaintanceship we have]

i think how i'll probably handle things is i'll add art to adopts & leave a brief window where the price stays the same
and then maybe bump the price up a day or so after adding significant art
maybe adds some excitement if there's a brief window to get more bang for ur buck
but yea no need for me to overthink it either lol ^^;

is it ok to add new art to an unsold adopt & then bump the price a bit?
'cause I'd like to update the art of some of mine (or just do some practice stuff with them), but feel like the prices ought to be bumped up just a smidge if I end up putting a lot more work into it?  

i know people do this for appraising the value of adopts they've bought & have since added a lot of art to, but wasn't sure if the etiquette was the same for your own adopts that you're still hoping to sell

(on a similar note, is it ok to add commissioned art to an unsold adopt?  i was thinking of how i literally only have a chicken OC to commish ppl for & not everyone draws chickens, so my unsold adopts would at least provide other options lol.  but yea i wasn't sure if that was considered poor etiquette if your ultimate goal is to sell that OC? )

i've opened up a bunch of cheapo ko-fi comms!  pretty fast turnaround  (next day if the kofi queue is empty, otherwise i expect to complete 1 slot per weekday)
they can either be regular or "species-swap" (turning your OC into an animal)
(currently not doing species swap for the biped base--definitely considering it, i'm just not sure how it would look yet or if i should price differently 🤔)
