**Update!!!**

Recycling this bulletin as my situation is now more urgent. 

We've been dealing with a flooding issue in our apartment that our landlord hasn't been able to figure out since September. It's severely damaged the walls and flooring on our bottom floor and my mother has been sick the entire time, likely due to high sensitivity from black mold.

We've been fighting with our landlord to come up with a speedy resolution and the best they can do, which honestly is very helpful for the long run, is to offer us a renovated unit and $300 less per month. We have to be out by the 9th though and will have to cover the cost of moving. 

We are absolutely not prepared for a move... With my mother being so sick and myself very limited on my ability to lift things due to a long recovery from hand surgery, we will need to hire someone to do all of the heavy lifting.

We need to come up with about $1500 to cover these moving costs by December 9th. Happy Holidays to us. 😵

That being said, I am open to entertaining offers on my entire TH, with the exception of my "Sonas" folder.

Hey there!

I just finished moving a bunch of beans to my tentative folder that I am most willing to be strongarmed into parting with...  Lol.

I am still working on getting values together and whatnot, but I will be open to offers.  USD only for the time being, unless specified otherwise on the character's page.

I say "Semi-Emergency" as I have until the end of the month to gather what I need to help my grandpa out, and take care of a couple of my own bills that are coming up.  My job has cracked down on not allowing anymore OT and trying to keep hours between 32 and 34 instead of 40...and that's quite a shock on me after going so long with working 50-60 hours a week...  The more rest and relaxation has been nice, but that will only last so long with creeping financial stress that this coming with.

Anyway, just poke me if there's someone you're interested in, but I have not yet updated their page with their worth.
