Hello and welcome to the comeback of the monthly bulletin!
i was supposed to release this at 1st and a weekly at 3rd but I couldn't work on the adopts because I got busy :') so I'll replace the supposed adopts made in that week with chibi adopts!!
I'll be calling the bulletins with their years and month name+ly now so we dont get confused. I've decided to do both monthly and weekly to announce different things separately. Monthly bulletin will be for what I will post in the month in general and what account updates have I added and Weeklys are specifically for adopts preview! I guess I'll do some previews for some adopts here too but it'll mostly be sketches.
Also, I have a Twitter account now! Please give it a follow and I will be posting there too soon! I will also be back online on my discord channel for notifications!
And for custom and comms, I will be accepting 3 slots and the 3 will be worked on per week. So like, slot one is worked from 9th-16th etc

If you dont know, weekly bulletin is where i used to post my adopts schedules! So stuff like the exact day and time posting and even a countdown because im bad with clocks!!

The summary :
1. Pricing!
The commercialization rights of my designs are based on the base price of the design, aka the initial price that someone first bought it from me. Basically it's the price written on the first transfer!!
The rights are as following:
Base price | Rights |
| Equal or more than 0$ | No commercialization rights. You only have rights to to use the design as personal use only!* |
| Equal or more than 25$ | Rights to use the design as any indirect way to support business that provides goods**. This means using them as logos or mascot on your product or to promote your product. |
| Equal or more than 45$ | Rights to use the design as any indirect way to support business that provides service. This means using them as logos or mascot on your product or to promote your product. |
| Equal or more than 60$ | Rights to create merchandise*** with the design. |
* = Pfp, oc, collection, sona, etc! Basically ways that wont help you earn money and its not used for the sake of your business.
** = Meaning that your business sell physical or digital, produced objects that is not based from my design!
*** = This merchandise can be based from my adoptable! Keychains, twitch stickers, etc. Basically any goods, digital and physical, that you sell that is based from the adoptable.
If you want to purchase the commercialization rights, all you have to do is to up the initial price to the minimum price of the rights. Please DM me to go through this process!
2. If you do use my design for your business, you do not need to credit me as the designer but you cannot claim anyone else as the designer. However, you may credit me if you wish.
3. Ab tickets value is counted as 0$. If the design you wish to give commercialization to is bought with an ab ticket, i will give you the ab ticket back with no expiration date.
Not much changed. I just reworded some things to make them sound nicer, clearer and better and changed the organization!!
Some notable changes though are :
1. In section 1
4. Bid clearly!! Don't bid in ranges
Please don't bid in ranges bcs honestly idk what to charge you when you win. Just bid with one value please!
2. In section 2. Not that I've been allowing it since I've adressed the p*dophilia but i havent discussed incest and i thought i should because of the cyyu discourse reminded me to.
3. Don't use my designs for proshipping.
I am personally against proshipping (shipping characters in an incestous, pedophilia, or other problematic ways). Please don't use my adopts to proship and please block me instantly if you proship <3 (more explanation in the tos)
Do give it a read when you have time but really, not much changed!
