1. Once you've adopted a design from me, it's yours to do what you want with! These rules are here for further transparency. 

2. You may edit my art if there are changes you'd like to make to the design, it is OK to treat my original adoptable as a concept, please just keep me credited. 

3. You own all character rights once it's yours, but I do retain the rights to the original artwork (Meaning you cannot profit off of my original artwork, but may profit off the character's design by creating new art, your own merchandise of character, re-selling with fursuit, etc.) 

4. You may trade, sell, or gift the design. If for whatever reason the settings will not allow it, just send me a message so I can fix! 

5. I would LOVE to see designs turned into fursuits, etc! If you do, please show me! I would love to spread the word on it. 

6. If a design is made into a fursuit, merch, etc. in no way do I expect extra compensation. I sold it for the price I listed at, and it's yours to do what you want with. 

7.  Do not sell the design for more than you paid unless it includes extra artwork in which case you may add the additional artwork to the price of the sale. 

8. If you received a design of mine for free, please only re-home it for free. Designs received in a trade may either be gifted or traded. 

9. Co-ownership is allowed but be careful who you co-own with. I do not settle any future ownership disputes.

10. If something is un-clear or you're left wondering something, please just ask! 💚 It's always better to ask than assume as every artist's TOS will differ.
