If you ever happen to own one of my designs Symdopts / Sym that wasn't made as an adopt set originally (even adopts though too)!
Please do let me know! I am always happy to rehome/repurchase if there's a disconnection in the future!
Just wanted to make it clearer as some do get rehomed once in a while, I'd love to relove them!

- Claimer will receive the full size adopt files, unwatermarked and transparent
- Claimer will be able to use their design for the usage agreement* they have purchased it for.

- Claimer may resell the design in the future (for same price or lower; commissioned art can add to the cost!)
- Please inform me of the new ownership if you can (commenting on the deviation or noting us is fine!)
- Any change to the design is okay. You may definitely change their clothes up throughout the years for story purposes!

- Unfortunately, no Co-ownership is allowed for the time being.
- Payment is processed within 24 hours through Paypal Invoice, unless hold is requested and agreed upon!

Personal USE:
- Personal use: Icons, banners, headers, wallpapers, and non-profit, personal merchandise. All use with the intent of personal and not further advertisement.
- Please place visible credit when necessary [@Symlanh]
Commercial USE: +100% Original Adopt fee | Any design prior to August 16th, 2023 has been granted full commercial usage as agreed upon earlier!
- Commercial use: For monetary reproduction such as merchandise (drawn by the owner, not the original art), webcomics/webtoons, music videos, streaming, and more.
- For any further Commercial use designs from August 16th, 2023 onwards, a +100% fee of the original adopt listing will apply.
- Please try not to use the original artwork for any product/merchandise reproduction though!
- You may redraw the design for the merchandise on your own accord!
- You may commission other artists with permission to create merchandise with that design.

Unfortunately, we have received news that this design has been multisold... Please be careful and don't purchase them anymore! There's only one in our design credits so please be wary and don't purchase if they don't have the verified credit!:

(We even informed the amount of gallery files along with the original sale price, but it seems this didn't protect it from being resold for a profit... which is against our T.O.S.)
