Apparently somebody or a group is mad that I can't be cancelled for having commissioned Lupis, I apologized and ceased contact with her, so they decided to start trouble, lying and making false accusations up about me, accusing and implying I was apparently sending porn to minors, supporting incest, and overall being a danger to the community.

No, I do not support incest. It's disgusting. 

For context as to WHY they're saying this, I have characters who have a litter who are second-cousins thrice-removed, to which my main character becomes really mad cause she just found out that they were related via her great-great grandmother one book ago, and the other character goes and sleeps with her brother, anyway. 

She's pissed, The character who did the bad realizes her mistake, and they were going to break up with the main character's brother in my newest book. It was a jab at Warriors, blue bloods, and the blood quantum that natives are forced to live with for enrollment rights to the point they have to do family trees with their partner to ensure there isn't any relation because the tribes are dying out. It was a statement. The action, nor incest, is not condoned in the books and Video making a statement about Radio saying, "She's my cousin and also my brother's...wait..." is not me condoning it, but a way of dealing with the situation humorously. I thought the quote was funny a few years ago and didn't remember to change the links as I grew older.

As for sending the porn, no, I have not sent any minors porn. Such an action is disgraceful, immoral, illegal, and disgusting. Case closed, but since so many people are apparently believing this appalling slander, congrats, you get context.

In 2017, I was an 18 year old who just published my book, Strong Hearts Are Mandatory: Heart of Glass. I never wanted the series to have nsfw for it, and made that VERY clear to anyone who asked or remotely hinted at it. Despite this, people made "lemon"/porn fics of it which caused me to have to get both Google and fanfiction.net involved in taking it down because it ended up at the front page for anyone who searched for Strong Hearts Are Mandatory, and this was extremely stressful for me. I did not send this fic to anyone, and worked with Google and Fanfic to get it taken down appropriately and succeeded. However, sadly, it was very easily accessible so people may have viewed it before I got it removed.

The trouble didn't cease, despite me continuously asking people not to draw nsfw of Mandatory or my designs, and someone who was obsessed with my designs and work started buying designs I made off of other people instead of me when I avoided selling them designs, and then proceeded to draw porn of these on a tumblr blog they stated was nsfw, but didn't apply any mature filters over it  and linked it directly on their deviantART page where any minor could click it and view it without having to log in. 

As a lurker when I was 10-12 before I made an account, this startled the crap out of me because I was worried, due to this person making fanart of me weekly, it was going to get kids who were looking for mandatory art and fanart would be instead getting a blast of feral nsfw of my designs. This was also when I had only been on toyhouse for a year and was afraid this person was going to start posting this garbage on their Toyhouse profiles of said designs they kept buying off of people, outright noting/messaging people directly--anyone who owned my designs asking to buy them. Enabling a risk where anyone could view them who was browsing my designs. I reported it to tumblr and asked this person to stop, showed proof this person was drawing porn of their sona who was aged at 16, and had it taken down. I did not show this blog to anyone. I was TOLD about it by a minor who told me about this person drawing porn of my designs, but I never showed it to them. I thanked them for telling me, and that I would handle it. They, unfortunately, repeatedly kept checking Cylynix's page against my wishes as I told them no, do not look at it, no, do not save it on your computer, and begged them let me handle it. They continuously kept looking against my wishes and Cylynix reposted an entirely new blog and left an image up of porn of one of my designs, so I reported the blog for a SECOND time since it STILL wasn't filtered and viewable and disgusting and against my wishes for my designs, and later I blocked this person and got the porn blog taken down a second time. 

We had a mutual friend named Wolf who made a ton of animations for me as well. I told Wolf that their friend was making porn of my designs and harassing me, but did not link any of it. I simply told them they were worth avoiding, especially since Wolf was a minor at the time, too, but Wolf blocked me instead. Oh well, I tried, but sometimes you can't get involved and I wasn't block evading to meddle.

Cylynix has now harassed me for 7 years, continuously, saying I abused them by cutting ties from them for drawing porn and "making a mistake at 14" (they claimed at the time they were 16 and said that apparently since that's age of consent in Canada it didn't matter they're violating these sites TOS,) and now are saying I showed their porn to minors when they're the ones who repeatedly reuploaded it, drew porn of characters without their owners' permission, and drew porn of my designs repeatedly when I asked them not to, and called me abusive by cancelling all ties with them for it.

I do not want to do business for, or draw for, or get art from people who act like this. I frankly just don't like associating with NSFW at all; I've been called a prude for it, tried to lower my standards, then get grossed out by it all over again. I don't like it, I don't want it in my life, and I've lost friends due to my sheer revolt of it. I do not want to be tied to it, and this accusation has made me so upset, furious, depressed, and emotional because it's everything I've tried to avoid being tied to me. I did not make an account to follow you, I made an account before this whole debacle to get away from fame for a bit and have a fresh start before going back to Teelia. I don't even remember following you if I did, but I'm pretty sure I never did.

If you really think I handled this badly, fine, I understand, but do not accuse me of showing porn to minors when I am a children's author and these accusations are slanderous, dangerous, awful, and could ruin my life. You have no freaking conscience if you are okay with making these accusations with no proof, because there is none, I've never done it, and need to touch some grass and maybe put your head in dirt if you really think it's worth ruining someone's life over because I just answer honestly, "they drew porn of my designs so I reported and blocked them" when people ask why you hate me so much. You're the one who throws my name out there constantly complaining; making people ask me why, not the other way around. Get out of my life.

A few people have asked about how I acquired more characters/old designs by Lupisvulpes over the past year, which I'd usually just answer as it came up and then delete the comment if I decided to put the answer in the characters' descriptions/bios instead---long story short, I got them for free and sold some of the less important characters because the offers were tasty, but now someone on Twitter has been making a public callout about me owning them (and supporting her,) so I figured it's best now to make an overdue bulletin about it.

EDIT: I am removing the posts from who shared them as to not cause harassment. but do know I have this person blocked/am blocked since they repeatedly called me abusive for being upset about art they drew in the past and proceeded to obsessively block anyone who associated with me and continuously lies about me, so I may have not seen the post in its entirety and have no desire to try and block evade them. It sounds like they also shared Lupis' full name in an unsavory amount of screenshots, which I don't condone using to harass her, and stalked my facebook profile and block evaded me. If I missed anything due to this fact, feel free to ask about it in the comments below. The links were messaged to me by someone asking for answers, so that's why I do have access to the links.

ANYWAY, back to the bulletin:

I'll start with a long story for those curious about the details or aren't aware of the topic, and then I have summarized thing below.

In 2020, Lupisvulpes was called out for refusing to draw the trans flag in a commission + making transphobic comments over the years to some of her friends. I won't link the callout since it shares a LOT of private conversations + shares her real name and messages from the 2010s to have further evidence of her transphobia, but it is not hard to find. More things from over the years came to the surface, and it ended up being a pretty full document.

When this all happened, she and I had an animation trade, collab, among other projects with each other before all this came to light and I was shocked since she never shared her transphobic views with me. People asked me my thoughts and I was honest in the fact I had no idea her views had changed so much since I was friends with her when she made the pride duskky adopt and always seemed really cool with our trans and other lgbtq+ friends and always changed things when I let her know if her designs had any culture appropriation due to my heritage as an American native. I had reached out to her multiple times when the news came to light, asked her to clarify or apologize because I believed it was a misunderstanding, and was left on read and unfriended by her. That's when I took the stance of being against her since the silence seemed to be confirming the fact, and I made several videos showing my support of BLM and LGBT+ folk with her characters.

After the fact of the matter, though, months and years after the post, the constant obsession of Lupisvulpes didn't stop? People hacked her accounts, doxxed her, made twitter posts about seeing her at airports in what state, and just bombarded all her videos, art, characters with hate and spam, drew nsfw of her OCs which she was strictly against, and continued the harassment in DMs and other posts. This made me feel sick to my stomach because I thought people were just going to spread awareness her views had changed and move on, decide whether or not to support her, but years and years went by and they were still actively stalking her on her new media and being extremely dangerous to someone who has had previous battles with suicidal thoughts (which the callout originally shared) and I was genuinely upset and worried.

I've since sold one of the characters I used for the videos (Asha) so I unlisted/privated the video since it had been a couple years and moved on. I have my own projects and life and didn't want to be tied to the harassment any longer. Seeing everything people did to her made me regret being part of this. I wanted people to be aware they had support in other creators and wanted to encourage Lupis to make a statement of apology. I understood people feeling betrayed when she went to two news outlets expressing "her side" of the story, and felt betrayed myself because I knew what it was like growing up in a conservative Christian household who were anti-lgbtq+ and knew what it was like to grow out of that when learning this is just people fighting for human rights, but I didn't want it to extend this far. I felt bad and reached out to her saying I was really sorry how far everything blew up, I didn't want to be part of that and that it was insane how much people were adamant about ruining her life over what happened. After that, we started talking and catching up, as we were friends since we were 14/15, and she seemed to have changed over the past 3 years.

I asked if I could buy my character back I designed for her, Outlet, and she gave her back to me for free. I asked about the Dangerous/Panda and B cast since they were the ones I was animating for our animation trade, and she said she wasn't going to use them for so I could have them and any of the stories/characters/ferrets tied to them. So I uploaded them on TH and that's how they came to appear on my Toyhouse over the past year. She surprised me with fanart and old images of the characters I now owned, and we just kinda went back to the way things were. I didn't upload them with notifications since I didn't want to upset anyone, which was stupid in retrospect.

When I posted my entertaining offers bulletin, people offered on the characters I obtained, and I decided I could part with the ones that weren't part of the main story of Dangerous. I felt bad knowing I was selling characters that I got for free, but I didn't "siphon" the money back to Lupis as the statement in the twitter post is accusing. That money went to commissioning other artists or helped me and my family buy stuff KJSFNJKSFNJKF

BUT guilt did eat at me a little, so when Lupis opened her commissions, I did commission a sketch of Gambit, Kettlebell, and Calypso to see them in her new style and some other stuff. ^^; so I can't fully debunk the statement I haven't supported her since, but the amount I commissioned her does not equate to what I got for the designs.

And for that, I really do feel bad I upset people from this. I know I should have been transparent and made a bulletin as soon as I got them to answer questions. As for the post accusing me of deleting my server because of this; that is garbage. The twitter callout post was sent to me after I deleted the server and I've deleted my servers because I'm grieving the loss of my dad, my uncle, my aunt, my grandpa, and many pets I've lost since 2019 and after struggling with being in a horrible headspace. I was crying often while trying to maintain the activity of my servers, I decided to delete them so I could just take the time I needed to heal from not only the loss of who have passed, but while I am taking care of my grandma who's under hospice (6 months to live) as she loses her battle with cancer since the treatment she was on to fight it is no longer working.

That I am very upset about, because frankly how I handle my grief shouldn't be brought into character/internet drama, but alas, I hope this clears things up.

I don't support any transphobic beliefs nor do I believe that being around lgbtq+ people puts you in a bad headspace, I am still for Black Lives Matter and fighting against the pipelines that are ruining people's land and destroying native history, I am also for human rights for all lgbtq+ folk and don't believe in anyone having to hide who they are. While I don't condone anyone being hateful toward trans folk or anyone in general, I also don't believe someone who refused a trans-flag, apologized for saying it was sexual and that she doesn't view trans individuals like that should be beaten down 4 years after the incident and harassed in the way that she was. I'm still upset the way she handled things and I greatly understand people's disappointment over the matter, but holy crap, move on and don't commission her or follow her media then, it's not that hard. People's views change, and sometimes for the worse, and it sucks, but it doesn't mean everything was fake up until that point, she just is surrounded by family she loves and people she's inspired by who believe pride flags are a political statement and I guess that means she doesn't wanna draw it, but it's not like she physically spat on people who did or drew artwork against them.

Does it still suck? Especially for lgbtq+ people who were her friends like I was? Yeah, it does, but does it mean she should be harassed and beaten to the ground? No, go focus your attention on someone who's actively doing harm, not a lady in her 20s who just wants to draw cartoon dogs and aliens. She's a person who's surrounded in a white cis privileged world who have for CENTURIES been able to curbstomp minorities and lgbtq+ folk in the name of God and are fighting hard to not lose their upper hand. I know it's a hard mindset to rip yourself out of when you have religious leaders, family members, and big names take you under their wing when you're in a dark place and confused on where you stand in the world. I hope one day she can chill out and find out we just want human rights and the same opportunity everyone else has, but I also don't believe handling it with hatred, stalking, doxxing, harassment, and endangering is the right way to go to have her see that.

Due to having upset people for this, I won't commission her again or inquire about more characters, I don't want you all to think I condone the actions of transphobic statements or cultural misappropriation or enabling predators by not banning them right away or how she handled some commissions or what else the callout post has said about her; I've come to learn that it's a lot of pressure on someone to keep their works and community as safe and good as possible and is something that can't be done alone. It's hard, and if I've made mistakes in this post I will edit it to rephrase it or respond in the comments to clarify. I'm sorry my actions ended up hurting people and I'm sorry I wasn't transparent about reaching out to her. I knew her for years and thought since 3-4 years had passed, it was worth asking about again and approaching her about the situation and was really excited to get the characters I did because I had always loved them and wanted to be able to feel good about continuing Bizarre Celebrations instead of feeling like it was a spite project. Neither of us, I thought, deserved being in the dark with wondering what the other thought, so I thought it was time to open that window and just ask so I could draw the characters in good faith.

As you can tell, I'll probably just keep rambling so I'll end it here, but a summary is;

 I won't be inquiring about Lupis' designs more, they were obtained with no monetary value and I sold them without the money going back to Lupis. I don't support transphobic beliefs. Trans rights are human rights. I initially reached out so I could get my design Outlet back and ask the fate of animation trade characters and an old collab but got carried away in an old friendship. Finally, I'm sorry for upsetting people, I'm sorry I gave impressions that I supported what she did. I don't want to ever be tied to anything against human rights, but think maybe people could lighten up on harassing her because it's been years and it's time to just understand we're not getting a public apology from her if that's the intent of your harassment. It's time to move on.

SO browsers of my folders may have seen that I did a mass clear out of my folders and then had trading bulletins for my unsorted after (which, btw, should I do again or wait a bit?)

BUT I recently had a development breakthrough of Mandatory, and have further organized the characters as I provide you with the revamped(?) story.

When I first published Heart of Glass, my first book of Strong Hearts Are Mandatory I tried a lot to listen to the criticisms and while still maintaining the structure of the story, keep it in mind for the future books, but it has come to the point that Heart of Glass is now approaching it's 7 year anniversary and I've decided to start a new rendition of it geared more as a Children's Book (32 page, fully illustrated book) done in my toony style, with significantly less blood spilling.

I've actually posted two of the illustrations here on Toyhouse, and wanted to showcase them a bit as an idea of what to expect.

However, condensing a 200 page book into 32 pages doesn't come without sacrifices. I've cut down on a lot of characters and what I feel is unnecessary details of the story, and I've felt so happy with the final product, that I decided I want the animated series to go in this direction too, to make it manageable for the 11 minute episodes I plan for the story.

So I have updated the Animated Series folder to only include the characters that appear in the children's book rendition, and now added a Book 1 and Book 2 folder in the Book Series folder.

What does this entail for the book series?

The book series I want to stay true to little 14-18 year old me's ideas and I won't be changing the format for the last two books (5 and 6) and keep going as planned, however, the animated series was always planned to only cover Heart of Glass and Straight to Video, so I can now focus the content easier for the animated on just what happens in those two books with using the children's book rendition as an outline, and then basing the episodes off of this version instead of the books now.

This way I can still have the book series complete, and then have an even easier time with the webseries! I am super excited about this and I hope you all enjoy what's to come! The finished illustrations in the book will also have backgrounds, etc. but it's cute posting them with their transparent bg here xD

Does this change anything about Deviate, Of Events Prior, Origins, or The Main Hiatus?

For now I am not sure since I don't have to worry about OEP, Origins, to TMH, since they're not anything I have to think about until after book 6, as for Deviate I'm gonna finish chapter 1 in its regular style then do the second chapter in a simpler style inbetween toony and my regular style and I'm super excited for it! X3

ALRIGHT It's been 3 months, a quarter of a year since my first cleanout.
