• please do not steal, trace, copy, sell, or plagiarize any of my characters' art, descriptions, or writing.
• do not copy, steal, sell, or claim the setting they are in as your own. you may not use it for your own d&d campaigns, roleplays, writing, or otherwise.
• all art of my characters must link back to their original artist(s). do not repost my characters' designs unless you are the original artist(s).
• taking inspiration from my characters is fine, but you are not permitted to copy my characters, roleplay as them, use them in dnd campaigns/settings, or claim them as your own. do not commission art of my characters or use my characters as references to commission art.
• none of my characters, writing, or art i have obtained may be used for nfts. additionally, i do not permit my characters/art/writing to be scraped or otherwise used to train ai or create ai-generated content.

• i do not condone many of the acts described in my characters' literature and profiles. it is not my intent to romanticise or idealize many of the topics discussed within. i write for an adult audience as far as roleplay goes and expect my boundaries to be respected- and i will respect yours.
• my characters are consenting adults unless otherwise specified. i do not create nsfw/nsfl content of minors and will block anyone that does. please do not engage with me if you create that kind of content.
• i do not create nor condone nsfw content of non-sentient characters. if it can't consent, i don't want to see it! i make liberal use of the block button and will report content that is not permitted to be hosted on toyhouse should i come across it.
• please do not interact with me with the explicit purpose of ship-chasing, especially in regards to NSFW content.
• all events, characters, and otherwise are fictional. any resemblance to any real living (or deceased) person, situation, place, or otherwise is unintentional.
• i block users mostly related to business transactions; this includes ghosting payments, scamming, theft, and more. you are welcome to dm me through a different social media platform (if you are unblocked on it) to inquire about blocks. please keep in mind that i am not obligated to respond.
