hi i'm purging a lot of my older characters on here for really cheap! some of them are from closed species (non-arpg), open species (one-offs) and designs i made or bought along the years. im no longer using them in any meaningful capacity so if youre out here to literally do any type of fixer upper situation for designs, youre free to look through.

i'm only accepting USD (Paypal) for these but i'm willing to haggle.

By commissioning me (and my subsequent approval of your request), you are agreeing to the T.o.S. and have understood the rights you and I hold. Read these terms thoroughly so you may know what is expected of you as a commissioner and myself as an artist. Failure to follow these terms are subject to blacklisting.

The T.o.S. is subject to change without public announcement and revision at my discretion. If the T.o.S. is changed while I am in progress of your commission, I will follow the latest T.o.S. version but you will be notified of the changes.

Please note that I use the terms "illustration", "commission" and "work" interchangeably, both referring to the image you have paid me for.

NOTICE: If I find that you are in violation of these terms, you will be blacklisted permanently and be banned from receiving and requesting services from me in the future. No refunds will be given.

RIGHTS

My rights as an Artist:

  1. I may deny your commission request for any personal/private reason.
  2. I may cancel your request during any time of the drawing process. You will be refunded according to the progress I have done.
  3. I can exercise artistic liberty unless you, the commissioner, has an explicit vision in mind for your commission.
    1. Note: the commission may look different from the examples given. My art is constantly changing. If you require consistency, I cannot guarantee it.
  4. I work when I am available. If any circumstance happens, you will get informed.
  5. I can deny you further service if I find new information that sheds negative light on your person, without refunding as I cannot and will not service ethically wrong people.
  6. I can use your illustration as an example for any future commission information and portfolio unless requested otherwise.
    1. If requested, I will honor the request for one (1) year. Afterwards, you waive the right to keep me from posting the commission and thus, allowing me to use it as examples or otherwise.

Your rights as a Commissioner:

  1. During the process, you may request for visual progress or status on your commission at any time.
  2. During the process, before the image is finalized, you may ask for changes if you are not happy with how it is currently looking.
    1. Note: if you ask for changes when I have finished, I will only satisfy your request if it is a mistake on my part. Otherwise, you must pay for the changes at a rate of 5-30% of the base price.
  3. You may ask for a full refund before I progress into the lining stage. You may ask for a partial refund of 30-80% of the base price. You may not ask for a refund once I finish the illustration.
  4. You may re-post any personal commission on another site as long as there is explicit credit given to me as the artist with links to one of my certified accounts.
  5. You may ask that I not post your commission publicly, as well as keeping it from being used as a commission example or portfolio piece for one (1) year from completion date. Afterwards, you waive this right and allow me to use the commission for examples or otherwise.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

  • You cannot claim the illustration as yours.
  • You may not modify, edit, or use the commission for commercial/certain personal purposes, which includes but is not limited to:
    • AMV cameos, school project artwork, roleplaying reaction images, sale of merchandise using the artwork, usage as a watermark, etc.
    • You may not remove my watermark, if there is one present.
  • I do not sell illustrations for commercial purposes.
  • You may not trace the artwork for under any circumstance. It is not advised that you use the illustration for study purposes.
  • You can not use the illustration to represent a prejudiced message, altering its supposed initial meaning and lying about your commission details.
    • This is an acceptable reason for me to deny your service and disenfranchise your commission as being wrongly portrayed as well as blacklisting you from any future service.
  • You must save the original files to your local hard drive when you receive it as I may not be able to send it to you again should I happen to lose the files.
    • I am not responsible for the loss or damage of your files if you fail to make backup copies of your commission.

My Creative Property over the Work:

  1. I hold all rights over the actual illustration.
  2. For any state I have given your commission as (finished, semi finished, sketch only, etc.), you or any other third party cannotalter the commission for any reason except for certain limited personal purposes with explicit credit.
    1. Limited personal purposes include only these situations: biography, icon, signature graphics
    2. Altering the work in any other way will break the T.o.S. you have tacitly agreed to when you commissioned me and is grounds for blacklisting.

Your Intellectual Property over the Work:

  1. You hold all rights over the character depicted, given that you are, in fact, the owner of said character or if there are additional characters, the true owner is aware and has given permission for you to use the character.
  2. You may account the commission towards a character's overall from 0 USD upwards to price you have paid me.
    1. Inflating the original price of my work beyond its paid price is grounds for blacklisting.

Government Law

Should the illustration in question be involved in any federal or state case, parties involved must follow California State Rules and Regulations and US Federal Law pertaining to the appropriate laws.

WILL / NOT DRAW

I can accept:

  1. humanoids
  2. anthropomorphic animals and furries
  3. animals and monsters
  4. fan characters (non-stylistic)
  5. registered closed/open species
  6. interacting characters

I have very little experience on:

  1. backgrounds
  2. machines and robots
  3. object-spliced humanoids (object heads, humans with [object]-body, etc.)
  4. certain gore situations (inquire, may turn down)
  5. certain NSFW situations (inquire, may turn down)

I will deny:

  1. illustrations with prejudiced intent or propaganda (i.e. racism, nazism/alt-right, child pornography, etc.)
  2. commercial use illustrations
  3. fanart (of official characters)
  4. insects/insectoids
  5. hyper fetishes, general fetish art
  6. excessive gore and violence

REQUESTING / BUYING A COMMISSION

To request a commission if I am available, you must contact me through one of my certified accounts of your choice.

Your request MUST include:

  • a clear, defined visual representation of your character or characters
    • if no visual representation is available, I MAY turn it down even if you have detailed descriptions and reference images for outfits, look, etc.
  • concise description of their personality, the mood you would like to achieve, and/or an idea for me to go off from
  • what type of commission you'd like to order from me (i.e. a full body, flat image of [character])
  • any extras (i.e. important facial trait, the possibility of a background, transparent image, use a certain prop)

Omission of one of these will result in a slower process time.

Turn-around Time

Stated previously, under My Rights as an Artist, my turn-around time is wildly fluctuating, as my primary focus is in my academics and study. Therefore, I have no set turn-around time.

Prior experience has caused completion dates to range from 1 day to 10 months. There are no guarantees of timely delivery.

PAYMENT

I can accept PayPal, Square, or Google Wallet payments for USD orders via Invoices or Requests.
