•I take all payment up front do to thats what im most comfortable with

•I do not up charge for complicated designs / 2 characters (art only)

•commission will take 2 weeks to a month depending on my health & schedule

•[animated gifs only] once commission is finished i cannot change big parts of it if its FBF (tweened i can change) i can only tweak small bits

•after commission is received you may do anything you want with it other than offensive things ofc

•i have all rights to refuse the commission ^^ (unless already paid)

•i dont show updates unless you state you want it

•you may request certain poses , bgs , expression , ect.

•please be patient with me i take a bit to reply due to my mental issues ^_^

Design T.O.S

•Do not sell my designs for more than you bought it for. The starting price is what you can sell it for unless you've added personal art & commisions to said character.

•If you got one of my designs by being traded/gifted it to you, you can not sell if for money unless you added personal art and commisions to it.

•You may change parts of the design but not to the point where it's unrecognizable from how I made it. (it makes me uncomfy)

•I don't like HEAVY inspiration off my designs but little aspects and such are fine. [if its fine with the owner]

•Color picking is completely fine as long as it's not the whole color pallet.

•Please don't private/delete my designs!! I like to keep track of what ive made.

•You may co-own my designs but there can only be one profile ^^

•Please do not trade my designs to blacklisted users!! It makes me highly uncomfy and will get you blacklisted aswell.
