Oh, Dray! I just saw your posts on the WTA board and recognized your name. I didn't think it would be the same Dray, but I remember you from the Nexus days and Star City was one of my favorites. You probably don't remember me, I was neishai there. I always wanted to do more with my dragons, more with my "dragonry" (really just a collection of dragons). It makes me wonder... are you still in connection with anyone from way back when? I saved everything I ever put online, including the dragons you made and that I adopted. I would love to do something with them here on TH if you're fine with that. It's great to see you!

Shard is here under Zekiran but I'm not sure about anyone else. JKat's around IRL but she's got an animation job, so doesn't spend a tonne of time online after work. If you know anyone else floating around, give me a holler! Cacopheny and Phoenix are both more on Dreamwidth these days, I think.
As for dragons, heck yeah! Can you link me any you got from the BWR/Bower events? I've been going through and re-adopting out broken links as I figured that starting with abandoned dragons might be the best way to get a few out before I start new clutches, but if you're still active then 100% let me know and I'll be sure not to proceed with those. I'll be sure to put up anyone whose had connection with Star City or the BWR. I know I had one or two abandoned in the past, to my chagrin. But we'll get any snags straightened out for sure. I'll set up a World (you're welcome to join) and Characters folder for my dragonry so I can build it up from there. I'll be sure to link and/or credit you as it happens.

Dreamwidth is a journaling site really similar to Livejournal. Phe and Caco are doing more fandom-RP (there's a lot of that over there) and visual novel stuff, I think!
I'm not sure how that would work (I'm still not 100% with the site's features) but I always loved writing groups.
I've gotten back into the Pern setting with RP, but it's very informal on another messageboard based website. I didn't think I had missed it so much. But that was where I got my start, after all. I'm just getting back to my roots.
I think we're going to have a lot of fun here on Toyhou.se!
Rest assured that even if my site isn't completely up and link-worthy, the pages I've been working on will still have all the relevant dragons from ... well, everywhere I've ever adopted ;) I have rehomed / taken back some that I simply cannot find online any more, I'm not going to hunt through geocities remnants for things that may never have even been uploaded from my own clutches.

I've been in the process of cleaning up and actually moving images and whatever else to condense and save space, on the newer version which I'll be uploading soon as I have a new host to put it in. I'm sorely tempted to just put up the Kshau Protectorate separately but that'd also mean I'd have to redo ALL the links I've already made lol. (on a different url, though, which would complicate old links entirely too much. I'll wait until I can transfer from godaddy.)

Slowly but surely working on it! I'm participating in ArtSlam in June with a bunch of other comic artists (Might be up your alley! 'draw something every day and have a goal to work on for June, or June/July, or June/July/August--sign-ups for June close tonight, actually!) but I'll double-check the ToS before uploading those characters; they're more personal and the comic is also deffo NSFW, so knowing that TH's population skews younger it's probably better not to plop 'em up here.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of your art, too! You got me hooked. Do you have a comic up somewhere that's all in one place to read? (I'm already aghast that Mars dies. Nooooo!)
That for sure sounds up my alley. Discord makes me mad, every time I get an invite my browser has a fit, but that's a community I want to get into. I definitely think you should share the NSFW stuff because TH has many features for content warnings/making characters invisible to minors/and there is a huge older demographic here (We're just mostly lurkers, the youngins post the most on the forums). I think the raw content really makes for the most interesting and authentic characters.
my rough draft for my story is almost done. I have to do some developmental editing/copy editing (too many plot holes rn) before doing the preliminary work, but the whole thing I'll be publishing on web toons, easy access to the demographic I'm trying to reach. I'm sooo excited. I can't give too much away but Mars will definitely be liberated :x.
Balls! There's also a Dreamwidth Artslam community, if you're into the journaling aesthetic, but nobody's taken it upon themselves to admin on different platforms yet.
If there's an underground network of oldbies I'm down to learn about it! Following the forums leaves me feeling like a bit of a dinosaur.
