I don't have many rules on adoptions of my characters, just a few. I'd love it if you would please follow them, that way I know that you're serious about adoption one of my characters.
All the characters you find here in this account are up for trade/sale.
TERMS OF ADOPTION

◊ Serious Buyers Only! ONLY BUY THEM IF YOU CAN AFFORD THEM.
♦ I do NOT do holds or reservations. It is first come, first served.
◊ No cancellations are allowed, once you have decided to adopt a character. Cancellations will result in you being banned and blocked from adopting any future characters of mine. So please be sure you want a character before adopting! Thank you.
◊ Do not steal, trace, or highly reference my art and designs.
◊ You can modify the character's design(s) once you adopt them, but not do not modify them up to the point where they aren't recognizable anymore.
♦ You are able to completely and drastically change their name, histories, biography, personality, etc. in order to fit your tastes (if they have any extra information about them). I don't mind.
◊ You'll receive all the artwork and all ownership rights of the character. All rights and images/icons will be given to you once they are adopted and paid for.
♦ You cannot commercialize or make profit out of any of the already existing artwork of the character.
♦ If you wish to make merchandise of the character you have adopted, you are allowed to do that. However, you are only allowed to do this if you are the one that has created the artwork. You cannot profit off of someone else's work.
♦ Do not claim the design as your own. Please be sure to credit the original creator at least once.
◊ You can trade or gift them. You can only resell them if you purchased them with money or points. You cannot resell them if you traded them or they were given to you for free.
♦ You cannot sell them for a higher price than you originally bought them for, unless they include extra artwork you paid for.
◊ I'm really attached to my original characters, so I'd love if they were given to a good home.
♦ If you decide to give up an original character you have purchased from me, please be sure to let me know. I'd feel safe knowing to who they were traded to.
♦ If you no longer want a character, i'll happily buy them back. However, you'll only be getting 80% of what you originally paid for each character.
All these terms are non-negotiable conditions. You AUTOMATICALLY enter into this term 'contract' when purchasing or receiving one of my characters or adopts. By adopting a character of mine, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to my Terms of Adoption.
