I recommend that you read this before proceeding! Normally, I don't give characters their own warnings, so this is simply a generic warning for anything on my profile.

NOTES

• I have a lot of issues talking to people or even planning character's interactions due to some issues I had in the past. Very sorry if I end up not going forward with anything, I just don't trust others as much as I used to ahah.
• Following the information in the preceding paragraph, I will not undertake any type of shipping with my characters (unless you are my s/o). We can, although, plan friendships, family bonds, and even enemyships if we've at least spoken to each other more than once!
• If you see any issues with one of my characters (for example, I may be using a stolen design without knowing it or portraying something erroneous), terms/phrases used, or anything else, please DM me!
• Don't get me involved in any drama! I'm already very anxious, I'd hate to have to deal with any incovenient situation.

FEEL FREE TO

• Draw SFW art of my characters! I would love to receive giftart or even see them hanging out with yours (platonically).
• Put any of my OCs (no exceptions) in your Dreamie Folder.
• Ask me if you can make an offer on a certain character, even if the specific character is not in any Sale Folder.
• Request to be added to a ping list if a character is ever listed for Sale/Trade.

PLEASE DON'T

• Draw anything NSFW or suggestive of my characters (unless you're my s/o and we agreed on this beforehand).
• Copy, steal, heavily reference, or even colorpick my character's designs! Yes, I can't own a palette or anything, but the majority of my character designs rely heavily on their colours, so it's really important to me.
• Rip-off my own stories, art concepts and planning ideas. You, like me, are a creative human; do not rely on the "less time consuming" practise of stealing.
• Use any of my characters for roleplaying, personal stories, mascots, and so forth.

DO NOT INTERACT IF:

• You are bigoted, racist, pedophile, homophobic, misogynistic, transphobic, etc.
• You are making or into any form of zoophilia/bestiality content. This will include feral porn of any animal, as you are spreading and encouraging sick people to enjoy their horrendous practice.
• You agree with the actions of anybody on my blacklist or are an oblivious mutuals with them.
• You qualify or is prone to do any of my DONT's.

Users who have been blacklisted (from Toyhou.se and other platforms, as I utilise numerous social medias). I ask you to not not sell/trade any of my designs to these folks.

I will only offer short summaries of what earned them their place on the blacklist, so please send me a message if you wish to know why they're on there. Beware that I'm not obligated to inform you if I don't feel like, and I ask that you only contact me with a valid cause (for example, you're currently mutuals with them and want to know what they did).

  • Constantly stealing my ideas (from concepts to drawings, stories, etc).

    When it happened the first time, I recommended an agreement that it would not happen again from them, let alone without first asking whether I would accept such thing. Everything was stated through their direct messages (which, once again, they AGREED to follow). However, that agreement was breached behind my back months later. I am fed up with this person, and I no longer wish to interact or associate with them.

• Any existing or newly created account of the following artist (outside and inside Instagram/Toyhou.se): TheHowlsWord, @gczcnia_tlk, @pxmpered_pxma, @thehowlsword, @rcsewood_gingcr, @flcwered_bcauty, @_dclicate_adcptables_, @dclicate_pcws
  • Long story short, this person handed me an old design of her prior bloodline that I was a part of and said I could use it whatever I wanted, which I did, reworking the design and creating a new background with my friend zirael (who also got a design from same person and same circumstances). Days later, this artist just "decided" to have the same concept and even redesign to something similar, and when confronted, she was completely oblivious and thought she did not wrong until the end. We cut communication because she did not accept it properly and stated she wouldn't change a thing. Months later, she is still ripping off zirael's character, making adoptables that are identicals to the designs we own, saying that both markings and colours are a "trademark" of hers that she ALWAYS uses (as if it was an excuse to re-use her past designs THAT STILL HAVE OWNERS).
