As a stopgap to help raise young Ants during the years Lucifer resided in Heaven, they were raised in Telestia - once a mining outpost, converted to a massive "boarding school". Safe from the physical abuse and stress from the main colony, children raised here were taught in unspecialized subjects (math, history, farming, etc) until ~13, where they would move to the main colony and begin learning their specialized career paths.

In general, full-time Telestian adults are quiet, nervous, and anticipatory.
