Tiny and secluded, Endoverse's Gladar is extremely active in its politics, although their identity is hidden. Struggling to form the perfect Universe, where everyone he loves is happy and together, Arginine continually cycles through different versions of his 'verse, erasing everyone's memories but his own every reset. His efforts seemed futile for a long while until abruptly his favorite partner rose up to take control of the Amino Acids, the H/C, in a coup.
Most bios are written in the time before Aspartate's coup, but there are light mentions here and there.
The Amino Acids are the Harmonics and Chaotics of the Universe, unified under Arginine (who is pretending to be a Harmonic). He led them solely until Aspartate's coup, where he willingly handed over power to his partner and took a more relaxed advising position. The lesser gods and mortals are aware of the Aminos mostly through Arginine's large polycule, but don't know many details or how many individuals there are until the coup.
Within the lesser gods are multiple factions, mostly working towards a common goal of keeping the government functioning well. Their hormone group dictates their career and profession, which are mediated by the Quintet, who settle disputes and arguments as well as give speeches and rallies. Over time, however, dissent grew to the absence of two members and the behavior of the others, leading to the rise of two rebellious factions: Cortisol's freedom fighters, and Cholesterol's anarchists.
Several lesser god's promiscuity means that there are a plethora of demigods in Endoverse. They are considered mortals due to how common they are, and don't really mind, often not even bothering to find out who their godly parent was.
Arginine has not sired any demigods himself, mostly due to careful steps to avoid fluid-bonding.
Despite the unrest in their government, most Endoverse mortals are rather pleased with their economy and politics, teetering on the edge of post-scarcity. Their lives are easily tended to, with a plethora of resources thanks to their low population and abundant work. Most are aware of Arginine, his polyamory, and his soft spot for mortals, and see him as a fun, hot "secret" that they could potentially woo or wax fanfiction over.
