By buying a design you are agreeing to the terms of service below!
Any rule may be altered when discussed with me prior to the commission.

General

1. Please don't be rude. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Follow the rules provided in the journal, YCH or Adoptable deviation.
3. I have the right to decline selling a design to you for any reason.

Payment

1. All payment must be finished before I send you the files.
2. The currencies accepted are DeviantArt Points, USD, Euro, and PLN. The default currency will be USD unless agreed otherwise.
3. Any payment, except DeviantArt Points, is made via Paypal invoice & expected within 24 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in canceling the buying agreement. The time can be expanded.
4. All sales are final, I will not allow refunds for adoptables. Please have that in mind when buying one.
5. I accept payment plans for more expensive adoptables.
6. I can put the adopt on hold, but only for trusted people.
   

Provided files

1. All designs come with a version with and without the watermark. The watermarked file is visible on the adoptable deviation/journal, while the unwatermarked one will be provided to you after completing the payment.
2. When buying a shaded design, you are entitled to ask for an unshaded version with black lineart.
3. Different designs come with different files that are stated in the description of the adoptable deviation/journal.
4. The color palette will only be provided when requested. Complicated designs with a lot of shades may not have color palette available.
5. PSD. or SAI. file can be provided to any adopt when given a CLEAR  explanation of what it be used for. The file won't be given if the only reason for receiving it is "just to have it".

Re-selling

1. You may re-sell any of my design (that has been bought with points or real currency), although not for more than you've paid for them unless extra art!
2. Any design may be traded for other goods/designs or gifted to other users.
3. Designs obtained by trade cannot be sold unless discussed with me. Designs obtained as a gift cannot be sold no matter what.
4. When re-selling, re-trading or gifting a character, notifying me about the new owner will be highly appreciated though not necessary. That way, I  will change the ownership in the description of the adoptable. If you wish me to provide you with the original files or PSD./SAI. file, you must be stated as the owner.
5. In case of selling, trading or gifting an altered design, please include the original file with the files given to the new owner.
   

Customer's usage

1. Personal use of the adoptable (both artwork and design) is always allowed. When using the artwork in any personal way, proper credit should be given.
       _{Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: posting art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics, placing art as the decoration of your account. If you wish to use your artwork for other personal uses, that do not fall under these categories, please contact me.}
2. Credit me in the first use and on the reference sheet.
3. Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise any parts of the image and design for personal profit (e.g. selling it in any form whether digitally or physically, including in games, comics or books that are sold for money). The exception being work specifically bought, and with previous consent, for commercial use unless we agreed otherwise.
4. You may not repost the image to your personal gallery without my consent.
5. Purchased characters are yours to roleplay, write, imagine, draw and commission.

Altering the design

1. You may alter the design however you want. Markings, gender, species,  details can all be changed. However, it only applies when drawing another art. Alternation of my, adoptable's original, artwork in any way should be discussed with me.
2. Purchasing a design from me means you are to use that design as a single entity. Designs may not be split into twins, siblings, etc, nor should they be treated as any more than a  single character. An exception to this rule may be made after discussing it with me.
3. You cannot treat your edited version and the original design as two separate designs.
4. You may create other forms for your character, but please do not separate them from the original design. As an example, creating a human form of your horse adopt makes both of the versions the same character. You may not sell, trade or gift that version separately, since they are in essence the same design.

Copyright and artist's usage

1. The artwork and the design will be copyrighted to myself. You may not claim either of them as your own. When altering the design, I am still copyrighted to the original design, you are only responsible for the changes.
2. I reserve the right to use any images and designs in personal portfolios, advertising material, and on any social media or art websites. Commercial usage will only be made with your permission.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a warning, which will become a block/blacklist if rules are repeatedly broken.
