Terms of Services

1. Getting art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit.

2. If an adoptable or custom is sold with or without art by me, must be returned to myself, regardless of how much art you have added onto the character, UNLESS I say I don't have a problem with selling the character. In that case, you are only allowed to charge others what you paid for the commission in order to allow someone to receive the art. You forfeit the right to personal use of the piece and agree to delete it once personal ownership is transferred.

This goes for all characters, NEW AND OLD!!!!!

***Side note on any customs or adoptables gotten from me -- Any customs or adoptables gotten from myself in the past or present CANNOT be resold without running it by myself so I can change it in my own posts to update ownership of the character(s). This is also required as it gives me the opportunity to get the character back if you are going to sell them instead of keeping them.***

3. Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories.

4. Each commission sale post is subject to have individual stipulations for purchasing.

5. Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.

6. Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund.

7. Commercial usage is NOT available for purchase at this time.

8. I reserve the right to use my artwork for advertising and print sales. (However at this time, I don't make or sell prints.)

9. Payment is made via Paypal, Deviantart, Amino, or Cashapp & is expected within 48 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission slot cancellation.

10. Please be clear if you would like a time limit for your commission delivery. I do not allow due dates earlier than 2 weeks, and I will specify in my openings if the commission(s) will take longer than normal, so please keep this in mind.
