I absolutely love this character! I adore designs like this, with a monster-like element.
My idea for this character is that I'd make them sort of... inherently knowing. slight omnipotence. cryptic by nature, but benevolent. will make others uncomfortable by staring. they never seem to blink...
Love this buddy! They'd be in my main (as of yet unnamed) story and be one of the main characters. They work at an aquarium and have a sort of anxious personality but they love the animals and are calmer around them.
