This has been a long time coming-- I've finally given Ira and Theo full Toyhouse profiles, revealing a lot more about them. Their truncated profiles had frustrated me since I first posted them, but, well, there were a lot of reasons I was keeping their secrets at the time. I'm excited to share their full selves with everyone now, because these two and their story are some of the nearest and dearest to my heart.

Alright so back to spoiler town:

Ira's a very personal character to me because-- I mentioned this in a previous bulletin, but like me, he's bipolar. His profile was torturous to write because I worry so much about doing him justice and not making anything sound like a stereotype... but, well, he's written from personal experience. There's a thread on my Catband twitter here all about that.

Obviously the other big revelation is that Ira and Theo eventually become a couple. They don't actually figure it out until late in the comic, but yes, those doofuses are in love with each other and it's taking them over a decade to put two and two (lips?) together. There's a post on my Patreon here with the text of the pages in the original comic from when they figured it out, if anyone's interested! Like Roadie and Haggis, their relationship is technically a story spoiler, but look...... they're cute and I wanted to be able to post art of them being cute publically..........................

And like Ira's bipolar, the whole "accidentally kinda dating your best friend for actual human Years before you two figure out that you're in love with each other and can be Best Friends Who Smooch" thing was also something unintentionally written from experience. Oops.
