Witches/Warlocks

This is basically detailing my lore of witches (and warlocks ofc) in this universe. Please note that even though I'll just say "witches", I also include warlocks.

~Major WIP~

image Witches/warlocks are a race. White is the traditional skin color, but witches can come in all sorts of colors.
image In addition, witches/warlocks can have unique physical characteristics (typically passed down from the parents). For example, some witches have horns, animal ears, etc.
image Witches/warlocks, while not necessarily a human race, do technically have nationalities and ethnicities as they can pretty much be born anywhere and be apart of any culture.
image Witches/warlocks physically doesn't age as fast as humans. A witch can be 50 but still look like she is 30. While they are not immortal, they do have long lives. An average witch lives up to be 100-110 years old.

image The title "Grand Witch/Warlock" are bestowed upon to individuals who [haven't thought this one out yet lmao]
image All witches have their own grimoire, broom, and wand.
imageEach witch is typically given a blank Grimoire (by their parent[s]) around the age they can write and they fill it out as they get older. If they have no parent or anyone else to provide them with one, they can buy blank books or even just use a notebook. Of course this isn't 'professional', but not everyone is in the same situation.
imageAll witches' wands has at least one gem on it. This serves as an ihibitor for their magic. The amount and type of gem does not determine their strength nor does it strengthen their power. It just helps focus their magic.
imageOnly Grand Witches can have staffs (and some may have just a staff or both a staff and a wand).
image Each has a specific type of magic they are specialized in, this determines the title. For example, a witch specializing in illusions, hallucinations-- anything regarding to what you see can be referred to as the "Grand Witch of Vision" or "Witch of Vision/Vision Witch".
imageEven though they have an area they specialize in, typically witches can still use basic magic. For example, making things levitate/float or conjuring up an item.
image All witches have a "true witch form". This form is where their true potential is at their highest. Every witch has their own unique form.
image It's common for witches to be apart of a coven, although there are those who choose not to be.
image There have been cases where a witch/warlock chooses to destroy their humanoid form to fully stay in their true witch form. These individuals are fairly dangerous as they are pretty much pure magic based on instinct and/or whatever emotions the user was feeling at the time.
