1. My image/icon/watermark is not updating/uploading. - 99.99% chance it is a cache thing, please only report these if it has been longer than three days.

2. NSFW Icons - Send a ticket, they will be removed ASAP. Original poster will be notified as a courtsey, but they won't be banned unless they are delibrately flouting the rules.

3. Uncredited Art - Send a ticket with the correct information. Link to original artist and the credit will be edited in. Repeat offenders will be warned.

4. Uncredited Designer/Creator - Please send a ticket with original artist information & proof, and the credit will be edited in. User will be warned, and repeat offenders will be banned.

5. Stolen Characters/Art - Send a ticket with information regarding original owners. Please understand that we can only enforce changes on TH. Stolen characters will be deleted from the site and the user will be warned once. A repeat offense will result in a ban.

6. User Disagreements - We can only mediate exchanges that have happened on TH. This means stuff like slandering off-site, or harassing via Skype or another site are outside our jurisdiction and we cannot help you.

7. Feature Suggestions - Go in the suggestions forum, but please check the to-do list first and browse around. 99% of the time, the same things are suggested .

8. Username Changes - Hallelujah, you can change it yourself now from account settings! (the sound of 1000 tickets disappearing off the ticket desk)

9. Account Deletion - Unfortunately not available at the moment.

2. Is (Character X) up for offers? No. You can find what designs I am willing to part with in my trade folder but 99% of designs I buy, I intend to keep. If you send me a PM asking about characters not in the trade folder, there is a 0.1% chance of response.
