Terms of Service of my art:

• I can refuse a commission, be it due to the character being too complicated or uncomfortable for me.
• First come first serve. I do my commissions by a numbered list.
• I will send you a PNG file, unwatermarked, via a Discord link.
• For USD, the payment is ONLY via Paypal.
• Payment UPFRONT.
• No refunds unless I cannot finish your piece for one reason or another.
• If you want me to show you the sketch before I progress to painting, you must tell me so when commissioning as I tend to paint in one sitting.
• Please send an unwatermarked reference image and color palette after I confirmed your payment.
• Don't edit my work unless it's cropping and resizing and such. Just make sure my signature is visible.
• You're not allowed to use the artwork commercially! Unless it was attached to a character you're selling.
• I usually work fast but real life and mental health can be overbearing at times. Sometimes I finish a commission within 24 hours and sometimes I need up to a week.
• I will always communicate with you if something is happening, however. And I really don't mind being poked or asked about a piece unless it's multiple nudges per day. I am a human.

• Once paid for, you may do whatever you wish with the character. Be it change their name, gender, story, and edit their looks. The character is completely yours.
• You still must keep me as the original creator and designer. But you may change the ownership and trade/resell it as many times as you'd like. 
• It is not mandatory, but I would really prefer it if you'd notify me when giving a character or design to someone else, just to keep track.
• I do not mind if you resell it for more than you paid for it. Even without purchasing art for it.
• You may NOT use my designs and characters for commercial use UNLESS this was discussed and agreed on when I was making a custom for you.
• You have 48 hours to pay for the character/design/custom. Please have your money ready when making offers, bidding, or commissioning.
