Today is August 21, XXXX.
It doesn't seem like a special day, does it? Just another day, another routine to follow, another bunch of people to talk to, and then onto the next day...sometimes, this life really is boring.
Just before you can leave work today, however, you hear a very cheerful voice. You would recognise that tone anywhere, from someone you've worked quite closely with. You prepare yourself to be able to deal with his shenanigans today.
"Hey, hey! Scientist! I need to tell you something very important!"
Bell runs after you, looking quite pleased about something. You ask him what it's about, unsure of what he's so happy of. Nothing out of the ordinary happened today.
He looks frustrated for a second before regaining his composure.
"It's my birthday, that's what!"
You're taken aback. You didn't even know about this! Even so, Bell doesn't seem to mind and continues on.
"So, I wanted to do something really really cool for my birthday to also celebrate the launch of PROJECT DELVA-04!"
You ask him what it is, but he just smirks at you.
"You'll see...be patient!"

3. There is no EXPIRATION DATE! Feel free to take your time when making them c:
4. Trait upgrades cannot be combined to use a higher-rarity trait. (e.g. two SPORADICAL upgrades do NOT make an ABNORMAL trait upgrade).
5. Do not try to enter for a friend or try to enter with alt accounts. We are trying to keep this to one per person!
