GENERAL USE

• When you purchase a design from me you can use it for your comics, convention merchandise [stickers, prints, charms, pins etc], filler characters for backgrounds in commissions, and vtubers/pngtubers. Credit for the character's design is appreciated but does not have to be attributed every single time.
• Do not use my designs to promote homophobia / transphobia, racism, ableism, zoophilia or pedophilia. Just don't be weird.
• Designs are not permitted to be resold for cryptocurrency or be affiliated / used in any way for NFTs.

PAYMENTS

• I take payments through Paypal invoices [USD]. Square invoice is available upon request.
• I can also offer Square invoice. Due to regional settings Square only allows me to bill in CAD. Square invoices will show the price of the adoptable as the converted [USD to CAD] price at the time of the invoice's issue.
• I do not accept refunds or exchanges.
• I may accept short payment plans for designs greater than $200 [must be paid within three weeks].
• If I don't hear back from the winner of an auction within 48 hours, I may put the adoptable back up for resale.

EDITING / ADJUSTMENTS

• You can edit your design! Go ahead and add accessories, markings, clothes, whatever! Just don't modify it to the point it's no longer recognizable.
• Regardless of changes, please credit me as the original designer.
• Owners may edit the original artwork, but should keep an original unedited copy.
• Do not trace / copy the original artwork or repurpose the linework.

RESELLING / TRADING

• Designs cannot be sold for a higher amount than their initial purchase. Value can be added in the form of art or merchandise. Owners may add artwork or merchandise they made to the value of the design - provided they are not abusing this and artificially increasing the character's value.
• If a character is initially obtained as a raffle prize or gift, that character can only be traded or regifted until additional USD value has been added to them in the form of art or merchandise. They can only be resold for the value of their acquired artwork and/or merchandise.
• Owners may trade, gift or resell the design at their discretion.
• Please try and keep resale / trades here on Toyhouse. I like to know where my designs are wandering off to.
• Yes you can co-own designs.
• To avoid confusion, don't duplicate/remake the character's profile for co-owns.

CAUTIONS

• As of 2022, I only sell designs here on Toyhouse and on Twitter. My human/humanoid designs are sold on Toyhouse SAUCECAT and on DeviantART. Please be cautious when purchasing a resold design outside Toyhouse as it may not be legitimate. Always check ownership logs on Toyhouse.
