Hello! I didn't see an answer to this on your rules so I wanted to ask here. Are we allowed to use the codes off site? I'm making my own Neocities for art and oc's, and I have no ideas how I wanna code the character profiles there XD So I thought I'd ask! It'd be the Simple one that I have on my characters here. If not, I'd understand! ^w^
