i recommend sticking with whatever inspires u! for me pinterest is a huge help and also whatever my current interests are!! and i highly encourage trying to be loose when drawing (like placing markings in random spots or just drawing funky shapes) i found that that makes it designing more enjoyable and my designs more creative <3 hope this helps!
