I have a couple of questions to help find this character:
1. Did you have a past toyhou.se account, before this one? If you do, I suggest that you go search for it. If you had drawn this OC before on a different account, you could search through your old account in your art section, to try and find something, then its a straight link to the character.
2. Are you the creator of this character? If you created it, then it must be in your designs section on your profile (or perhaps a past one). This is crucial, because then you could put in the search bar in toyhou.se your old username, and it could search up the character.
3. If you didn't create his character, then do you know who? If you do, I suggest you see if they have a toyhou.se account. If they don't have a toyhou.se, then perhaps you should find out if they have a DA or Insta or something, you could then ask them if they know.
4. Did you favorite this character on this toyhou.se page or a previous one? If you did, you should consider looking through the favorites to see if you can find them.
5. Do you know who drew those images? If you do, I suggest to try and find the artist on toyhou.se. If you can, then either contact them (if they are still active), or look through their art section.
I didn't have a Toyhouse account back then, the character was traded through Deviantart's sta.sh, so it's probably that all the trading history has been kept private I also remember people using Google Hangouts or Skype in that time since Toyhouse kinda didn't exist
Yes I am the creator of the design, and the ref sheet was also drawn by me but it seems this character is not credited to me
I tried searching all my designs here as off-site and on-site, but couldn't find them I'm thinking that the person who owns the character now might not know that I made the design, since there wasn't a design credit system, people would usually just trade the ref sheet or a random drawing of the character
I still don't know if this character has been even uploaded to Toyhouse, but I decided to search just in case
