So while I've been around the art trade forums and the rp 1x1 forums (on other sites) I've never specifically reached out to make oc content creator friends. But these are always the internet friends I end up making through rp searches.
I'm basically looking for other artists to socialize and mess around with. I'm a pretty chill person but I do have a few guidelines;
- I'm 24 and I'd be most comfortable with people in my age group (so 20+ please) not that we'll talk about mature topics but just so that we're more equal footing buds.
-Have ocs and a dedicated story! If you're in the middle of coming up with ideas thats ok!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE talking and making friends over ocs.
-If you rp that is a PLUS but if you're not down to rp that is also GOOD! This is mainly a call for buds that just do art and like comics and love their ocs. But if you are down to rp on top of this all we can just talk about it later.
-I chat around on both skype and on discord! If you're interested then drop me a private message so I can send you over to one of those!
Right now my toyhou.se character accounts are under-detailed and I spend more of my time on deviantart or tumblr. I may make a rp forum post later after I spruce up my character pages (rest in pieces charahub).

Hi I'm shini! Def got some OCs with storylines that I would love to turn into comics but unfortunately irl stuff keeps me incredibly busy so it's highly unlikely to never happen but it's always nice to hope ;w;
1) Age 20+? yep!
2) OCs and dedicated story? yes--it's a dream of mine to one day put out a series like on line webtoon but if not, I want to try arts/doodles/mini comics/etc. at least QwQ
3) RP? yes--I prefer literary RP via discord (usually I set up a server to separate regular conversation from RP posts) but I can usually adapt to the other person's rp style. I'm also open to hcing and nsfw
fyi I consider myself a super low maintenance type of person in that I don't need daily/weekly interaction and with some of my closest friends I can go even months without talking and then immediately pick up the convo again like it's nbd (usually this applies to online friendships where we may go back and forth in "conversation" with multiple paragraph-long responses covering a lot of stuff and then often taking a while to reply back to each other bc of irl stuff). ofc that doesn't mean I can't carry a normal convo in rt (though irl keeps me quite time-restricted) but I've found that I don't do well with people who need constant attention/convo/validation on a daily basis so I just want to put it out there so you know what to expect with me!

- I have a couple of story ideas but they're all in the "how do plot" stage, and also I think they'll be illustrated stories instead of webcomics. Thankfully, since almost all of them are in the same world, I've got a good bit of worldbuilding thought out, and I'm in the process of making a wiki for it.
- I used to RP on Tumblr, before the blue hellsite shot itself in the head and took my RP account with it :( I'm not sure if I want to start RPing again anywhere else, but I'd totally be up to trading headcanons.

I make a comic with my original characters, Pinton the Pig and his friends. I have been making this comic for a long time, so I have accumulated a lot of characters and a few locations in that fictional universe.
I have never done any roleplay but I'm checking it out, mostly out of curiosity.
