As in, things you often see in designs a lot that you don't like yourself. Like trends.

I wondered this as I'm not a fan of colored teeth and bones yet I love colorful blood and whatnot. Yet people are making colored teeth/bones a popular thing now? (Seeing, say, blue-colored teeth, for example, looks...kinda wrong to me?)

The only rule is that you aren't allowed to attack people and such because they don't like something you like and vice versa. Be kind and civil.
Also, species don't count. This is about things like a kind of marking and the like.

Orca

Dragons with absolutely tiny wings. If they're technically too small to be useful IRL but are still decently large, I don't care. When they're as ridiculously small as Disney's Elliott's wings (in the original 1977 film, which isn't helped by him being dummy thicc), they shouldn't be able to fly at all.

Leonid

i have always had a hatred for ones with millions of bandaids

Crazyclaw

i know i shouldnt care but like.. when I see someone who religiously makes male ocs

and never any females.. :'0

or it's like 200 males and like, 1 cliche underdeveloped girl

its so common for femininity/females to be hated, and the lack of love for girls just really bums me out

baensurgery

scenecore/rave/kidcore/kandi/webcore (i put them all together because they generally overlap) - they can be done well but most of the time they're just kind of...thrown together with no cohesion between parts. i know vibrancy and a sense of discord are huge parts of those aesthetics, but for any kind of design there's still gotta be a clear sense of purpose for everything.

also edgy skimpy 90s goths with huge shoes

Vilkaloid

I kind of have beef with femboys? I just don't know.. If your male oc is really feminine, like cool go off ig, but it feels really overused, and in some lights can seem like a slur to transguys. I dunno.

I find myself guilty of the characters with no lore thing. I just have yet to find time to make lore for my ocs. I am an avid writer, and i love my ocs, they all have personality. But it's not written down anywhere. So they seem blank, boring, and dull.

I do like some cs. But not very many popular ones. I love dainties and all, but they have no lore, and they're so basic. But cs with lots of lore and unique trais, that's where it's at.

Scottie

I'm not a fan of scene animals (long hair, body modifications), saturated or clashing colors (usually, I've seen some good ones), and complex designs.

Also, I'm not a fan of animal characters that aren't part of a fandom (Spirit, TLK, Balto) that are trying to be colored realistically but aren't.  I am a stickler for genetics and it just bothers me to see horses with agouti points covering white (it should be the opposite)

MUTTERTALE

This is kind of a Personal Opinion, so please forgive me.

I'll put this in spoiler since it may actually be long.

- Very VERY unnatural coloured blood, I'm ok for an 'unnatural coloured blood' being a colour that is close to an actual blood colour (Orange, Peach, etc) and it is more annoying if suddenly they have glitters. My brain went like, "What did happen to their blood cells??????"

- Nekonomimis with HUMAN ears, I mean like FOUR ears, it kinda irritates me. (do they have double hearing or something like that??)

- Coloured Teeth when their bones are not the same colour, I mean like... BOI I understand if it was a golden teeth it can be a transplanted teeth or something, but BOI.

- When a CS is just like, "doggos + a food theme = a CS" it does not make sense to me. I'm okay if it has a lore behind it like how do they get these traits? Where do they originated from? What is their purpose on existing? and all that stuff.

- Angel and Demon Hybrid, man, based on what I believe, it's impossible... and also mostly what I found is a character with ALWAYS a Black feathered wing and looking like a normal human being, what the purpose???

- Very, very small wing and STILL MANAGED TO FLY PROPERLY. I respect those who make characters that have small wings but is not able to fly, you have a logic I have.

- Cyclopsa and 3 eyes but the third is in the middle vertical, I dont know why I'm kind of traumatized by it, maybe because of religious reasons in my environment.

- A Character that has MULTIPLE EYES on their body but not on the head, how do these eyes work???

- Gore. I'm fine with some mild blood or like scars if your character is a fighter or they got a scar from some event related to their backstory, but I don't understand people who use it as an aesthetic. It's super creepy and nightmare inducing to me, and I just... don't like seeing characters with their guts hanging out. I'm sorry, but like... what is the actual appeal of gore... it's extremely morbid if you ask me.

- Similar to gore, I do not like Yandere characters. They often encompass a lot of gore or at least excessive amounts of blood, and just like the whole mindset. If it's just a personality trait and fits into the backstory somehow, okay. But more often than not, the "psychotic" Yandere is portrayed as being trendy. Like please no... psychopathy is not glamorous and is not trendy, it's a very serious mental illness. Don't use it as an aesthetic, please.

- On that note, when mental illness is portrayed as "quirk." As someone who suffers from severe anxiety and depression, I quite frankly find it offensive when people make their character have panic attacks and think it's "cute." It's not cute, it's freaking terrifying and you constantly feel like you're going die if you don't calm down soon. I don't mind characters who have mental-illnesses, as long as it's handled properly and not just added for a "quirk."

- As others have mentioned, the whole fashion band-aid thing.

- Characters that are just an explosion of color and looked they have been vomited on by a rainbow. I don't mind colorful designs, but some people honestly go a bit overboard.

- I also don't like the odd colored blood, teeth, bones, etc. Like black blood is fine to me if it's a demon for instance, but when people use like neon green or blue... it's just weird.

- An excessive number of eyes, limbs, etc. I don't mind one-eyed cyclops' or even three-eyed creatures if done properly, but 4+ eyes? No thank you.

- I don't know what they're called, but those characters who have a mouth and teeth on their bellies. Like that's super weird and creepy to me.

I haven't seen the anthros with six nipples thing, but that does sound rather weird.
