omg, the ankle joint at the leg sounds like a terrible idea! its such shame some don't pose too well, finding color matches for bodies even for normal skin tones can be so hard >< i've got a souldoll hari head in milky cocoa, figuring i could get the body later when i had the funds and then they stopped making things in milk cocoa entirely T-T especially since darker skins are much less common, it's been a bit difficult looking for matches, though I won't say I've been looking too hard ^^" 65cm fitting msd shoes....omg..bjd companies pls be vaguely consistent in sizing lmao
aah, your aiden is so cute! i love all the freckles!! <33 ah that's so interesting that JIDs are a bit larger than standard! i was planning to pair my withdoll girl with my cecile, which i probably still will, but the size difference makes me laugh! i've been wanting to expand my collection to larger scale dolls so badly, there's some really lovely more mature sculpts out there! i'm trying to focus on at least working on the ones i have so far for now though, especially since i've got two floating heads that need bodies :P
and i've got a withdoll nana!! i had a specific character in mind and when i saw her sculpt i thought she was perfect, so unique looking! while i don't have a formal picture with her body since she has yet to get a wig, and i don't usually wanan photograph them bald lol, i have the pictures from the faceup artist here! (a link cause the pic is kinda long to post) ^^
