Mostly looking at magazines, fashion pages, instagram models, other models, character lineups, tv show character lineups, etc. for outfits, pinterest actually has a lot.
This has been stumping me for a while now, lol.
I have a few characters who need new refs, but no poses are coming to me.
Also, I need ideas for outfits, so if you could link good resources for that (especially men/boys clothes) that would also be great.

for poses when it comes to refs its only important that every part of the character is visible. It doesn't require anything special, the character can be only just standing but it is indeed nice to spice it up with a pose too. I do suggest to look up what 'line of action' is. Its makes poses look more appealing even if it's just the most basic one.
You can even play with the centre of characters gravity a bit
I dont know if any of these will actually help you get any ideas , but it's a nice thing to know.
