I am over the moon that I FINALLY figured out WTF I'm doing for shading hair in an anime-ish way. Like omfg. Skin is nexT!
But I figured out how to do hair, and I'm WAY too thrilled and pleased with that.

Thinking about how far i've gotten with pen & ink since I first used it. Like, from 2018 to now I've gotten better at dealing with & avoiding hand-slipping, + I've gotten so confident with it I can do more detailed scenes and larger projects with it. Bro.

I'm just.. really enjoying drawing in general lately? I used to get burnt out a lot but now I'm drawing almost every day.
I'm so glad to finally be pursuing animation!!
Even just in a small way, it feels so fun and new. I can't wait to improve and start doing bigger projects :^D
I think I'm finally getting closer to some sort of distinct art style and process that I like! I've been waiting for this moment haha
