Aspiring animator, at least! I've done a very rough animatic things before by drawing every frame on a different layer and then flicking through them hopefully in time with the music and little gifs using FireAlpaca's very limited animation tools, but only recently have I been able to properly animate thanks to Blender! Even though they're all unlisted, my most recent things are this somewhere between animation and animatic featuring Scott and my sona (the song is about emotional abuse so be careful. It's not vent though I just really like the song), this WIP featuring Mala and Barb (Pizza Heroes - Lemon Demon, the whole song!) and this actual 10 second animation featuring my sona again (Ask For Nothing - Lemon Demon) which isn't perfect by any means but it was SO GOOD to finally animate something. I'm excited to animate more stuff but at the same it takes so darn long hsduifsh hopefully using Blender also means I can add some 3D elements too!
If so, what kind of animation? 2D or 3D? Frame by frame or rigged? Have you ever animated any of your characters on toyhouse?

My first few animations are made in Flipaclip out of curiosity when I was around eight or ten years old. I grew out of it in the following years, of course. But the internet and animation community pulled me back to creating it by 2019 when I was 13/14. Whereas I did my first animation meme of an unnamed character! It was tweened. I did the meme on Alight Motion on my phone and drew everything on my iPad.
I did several more memes on my YouTube, most being raffles or miscellaneous simple animations. My early export quality was pretty horrid due to me using an old phone until this meme whereas I used my mom's phone to export, a much better and powerful device to handle my videos!
My last animation meme was probably my most high quality one as I try to mimic most 'rigging' styles of a computer-made animation since I couldn't afford one or a proper animating tool there :b

I also did several frame by frame throughout the years but nothing too fleshed out for me to be proud of them. The only one I'm proud of is my pfp where I tried emulating a more organic style as you could see! :0

GalacticPanic wow that's not rigged? I was about to comment nice rigged animation lol. I guess the tools really don't make the artist!
ThornPuck I would rig them if Alight Motion enables rigging for animators in the future! It's free and mostly anyone can use it or exploit it but not too fit for elaborate animations >< Aside that, cutting corners helps with animation a lot. And thank you 💗💗💗
heya! aspiring 2D animator here :D i’ve done a couple of things in the past and recently, all of which being abandoned due to my attention span being terrible but right now i’m working on a M.A.P part that i do hope to finish! It’s so cool seeing other animators here, you’re all so talented <3
i animate..... occasionally..... sometimes.
mostly i do 3d animal animation for second life but recently i've picked up animating in mmd, aka i wanted to reanimate bad apple out of impulse and im like one minute in so far (ignore how badly compressed it is wwwwww)
...that said i have no idea what im doing but im having fun so who cares
OH OH I FORGOT i also do rigged/tweened animation with live2d sometimes. cant do drawn frame by frame because drawing the same thing more than once wears on my sanity
