Been seeing these art threads around, thought that it'd be fun to make one for myself !! Helloo, I'm Neal, but you may call me Fish or Rhi, I only draw OCs mine and or my mutuals! There'd probably some owed art as well....also, please keep in mind, I have the tendency to say "sexy" in an ironic way, I'd perish if I use it unironically.
