Tips for Anatomy?

Hey guys! I’m currently working on improving my art. I’m especially looking to get better at drawing humans. I’m running into continual trouble with my anatomy. Does anyone have any tips for studying anatomy, or for drawing humans in general? I'm not really unhappy with it, but it just doesn't look right to me. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing or if I just need more practice.

Here are some examples of my art, both on the drawing pad and digitized. Not sure why the drawing pad ones are sideways.9c95b3e0c201f1d1b64cb1c930dc480bc404840b4981d3044cfc24ff0e628876487ec32e6005320cee04749a15d863ad7cc46bfe8bd6224c46bbe936e684ce6bf5df0a4e01b089f97469a55d284479f3

Proko @ Youtube is a goldmine of info for studying anatomy, I'll always rec him to anyone asking for anatomy advice. There's a lot there but the videos are short (the longest is 15 mins) and only focuses on specific muscle groups telling you how it moves, what it moves and looks tensed/relaxed. Some of the humor is grating but it's worth baring with because it is such a good resource for leaning anatomy. He also gives exercises you can do as "homework" at the end of each lesson.

Good luck!
