Any kinda pet! Bonus points if you show pictures or videos!

Today my puppy, her sister, and our other dog were freaking out over a turtle. Here's the video!

I'll have to dig my phone if I have to show pics but my cat (who have passed away last year) was a chaotic mess but also the shyest cat out there. I love him

His silly daily habits:

  • Sleeping in front of the fridge!!! Or just sit down there. Sometimes he just stand in front of the closed fridge and we have to leave it open for him. He's so spoiled
  • Speaking of spoiled, he really LOVES my mom that every morning he wants a hug from her. Even when we're taking him to the vet, he still wants to be cradled by her despite she's driving
  • He hates strangers so much that 1) he couldn't recognize and run away from my brother at first, he's rarely home 2) when my uncle visited us and chatted with my mom outside my cat just staaaare with half of his face hiding behind the front door ajgdjahjdag
  • He could. Sleep. Anywhere. The shoe rack? A bucket full of wet clothes? On top of wet oranges we just bought? My desk? The ironing board? My laptop? Inside a plate?? I call this the "hide and sleep".
  • One time I was eating rice with fried fish he climbed the table and sniffed my fish. He ended up licking it that I had to give him my fish jhsgahjgdjhd
  • I'll add more stuff that I can remember later along with some pics lol

Dad's friend used to have a dog who could say "anna" ("give") in Finnish and as a result he's been training our dog to do that for years. She's not the best at it but now whenever she's asking for something she makes these really uncanny sounds that vaguely sound like human words resembling "anna" but also not and it's honestly both really funny and really creepy but mostly funny

My cat fetches toys like a dog and meow-barks at you when you enter the room to say hi. She also regularly jumps straight into the air like a rabbit, and has figured out how to open doors, even ones with round knobs, which is less than ideal when you're trying to use the bathroom. So, you know. Normal cat stuff :p

One of my cats hoards hair ties and puts them in/around her food dish.

I also have a hole in my bathroom ceiling from some leftover plumbing project. Idk for sure, it's a really old house. But it's only going through the bottom floor boards in the attic, so you can't see anything through it. My cats, however, like to go upstairs, into the floorboards, and stare at me for an uncomfortably long time through the little hole. I pretty much have no privacy with cats.

my mum's chihuahua rodger always spins when he's excited which is super cute, he 'holds' ur hand when he wants pats (bc i tried to teach him how to shake but now he thinks he has to hold ur hand for affection), and he also 'hugs' u by standing in ur lap and wrapping his arms around ur neck ;w; lots of kisses usually happen then too lol
he also likes to burrow and makes it his life goal almost everytime he comes into the bedroom to get under the blankets and stay there

my betta peaches also goes absolutely batshit at dinner time i can't even describe what she does bc 'swimming back and forth along the short end of the tank at incredible speeds while going >:O >:| >:O >:| >:O' rly doesn't do it justice 😂 it's the funniest fucking thing to watch and i've never had a betta act like she does when they're fed

my bf's cat clyde also can and will stretch the entire length of the bed
i've never seen him loaf, he sleeps like a human

Once upon a time, when I was a little kid, we had a hamster. She learnt to climb around under the roof of her cage, upside-down like a sloth and it was adorable. I'd encourage the behavior by giving her treats for it - just sticking them through the bars of the cages' roof. And she'd do her sloth-walk along the roof of the cage, and I'd give her little treats until her cheeks were full and then she'd dropd down and hide all the food in the corner. It turnt out that she'd been pregnant when we first got her and she gave birth to a litter of around 10 little hamsters. Some of them took over the habit from her.

my dog growls softly when she wants to be petted

My dog bites noses. You sit on the couch and he jumps up and bites your nose lmao.

My cat has just the innate NEED to lay in the fridge, the minifridge, aND the freezer

He rushes over if he hears any of them being opened and then just lays on the floor inside of it. Throws a little tantrum if he's kicked out, but we can't just leave the freezer open forever lsdkbhfslb

Stash link of like, every pic I have of him! Oldest to newest: https://sta.sh/21jnelec3icr

My cat hugs his hind legs when he sleeps, just like it was a plushie !
My other cat love to take sunbath, sleeping on her back
And my dog sleep inside our house and gets exited when my mom wakes up because she knows she will go outside, but not exited like she jumps everywere, no ! she make weird noise and I'm not sure how I can describe it ^^'

Sometimes my turtle falls onto his back, and he tries to get himself back up, but he kind of struggles to do so, and just in case, I tend to put him back on his feet.

Not really my pet, but my aunt's tiny little Shih Tzu barreled towards my dad when he was lying on the floor, headbutted him, and then fell backwards. Also, the dog's name is Froggy.
