sorry if something like this exists already exists but i didnt see it within the first 6 pages (and im too lazy to go back furhter) and ive never seen it pop up before and im really desperate for human interaction so here we go

but basically um uh yell about the states you live in! or if you dont wanna reveal where you live or just dont live in the US, then um yell about places youve been to or places you used to live or places you know about or just what you know about the states idk literally anything state related except politics because i dont want this to turn into a place of argument but um yea just rant about random things about states because i am really obssessed with US states for some reason!

it's true that kentucky has nothing but horses and soybeans

washington and oregon are the same state actually the only difference is that oregon doesn't have sales tax which makes it the better half of the amalgam

Oklahoma where there's a lot of storms and tornadoes. I've lived here all my live and I hardly get scared of a tornado warning or thunderstorm warning. I still get scared of storms if they're really loud though.

I used to live in Maine, which is basically just a mix of Canada and the US (i saw canadian flags as much as i saw american flags), but with more woods and an official state cat. And Lincoln Peirce (creator of Big Nate (it's getting a cartoon on Nick soon!!)). WHOOPIE PIES ARE THE BOMB Y"ALL SHOULD TRY THEM EVENTUALLY

Now I live in Pennsylvania, which also has lots of woods, but not as many, there's a couple big cities, most of US history we learn was from there, and it's the state where Kate Micucci was born so...

Maine is only lobster, blueberries, and moose. That's it that's all it is I don't know why they call it Vacationland

The Hoosier state of Indiana is quite bipolar. We either have political debates, lots of indycar things (yee-haw), or lots of conventions.  Not to mention the tornados here hate Starbucks and often rip them up. One day it's 100 degrees the next night it's -40 for some strange reason. *Que the tornado sirens*   If you are in rural areas its just corn and flatland.

I NEED TO EXPRESS TORNADOS HATE STARBUCKS!

I live in Georgia, I love it! I've lived in like 5 states when I was young, but I swear my heart is permanently attached to this state. The trees, OH MY GOOD THE AMOUNT OF TREES. Georgia is 90% trees, our cities are underneath trees, wow I love trees. It's gotten to the point where I'm afraid of seeing the horizon Lmao, I just, never see it no matter how far I go. My house, my neighboorhood, my city, this entire state is just one big forest.

You have tall cities, you have country-ass roads and flea markets, the variety is nice and it's great to have a choice. Gas is cheap, cost of living is cheap, the people are nice, weather is mild and generally doesn't reach the extremes you'll see in other places, natural disasters tend to swerve us completely, it's nice,,, it's very nice here

I've lived in a few states in my life:

Missouri is... I have no idea, I was like 4 when we left. Having been back since, it's uh, alright?

Arizona is... I was also really young there. Had a cool dog when I lived there, less about the state and more about me but hey.

Nevada is well, I just lived near Vegas, lots of bad places outside the military housing I lived on. But a nice heat to it, I recall.

And Vermont now, and god there's nothing. And since my health has kept me at home for the last 4 years, I dunno if it's the same nothing or like what has changed. I just miss driving by a few places that had cows. That was one thing I loved about this state. Oh we also have a lot of good cheese, and the best maple syrup in the world, even if I'm not really a syrup person.

I live in Southern California and all I can say about it is that rent is expensive, it's too damn hot during the summer, palm trees are everywhere, and we're all so used to earthquakes that nobody reacts to them anymore :p

I've also been to Arizona when I was younger, but I don't remember much about it except for the heat lol

I went to Virginia once and everyone we spoke to had a southern accent and were the friendliest people I've ever met. I was actually amazed at how nice they were because I'm so used to watching my back on the sidewalk lmao
