That's alright! I love hearing others' stories about how they joined the fandom!
I don't have much merch aside from the trilogy, a poster of all the characters, the Funtime Freddy 5', a lanyard, and Springtrap keychains. My brother has a lot more than me, which is weird, considering how he joined the fandom later than I had. I am super hyped for SB, and I really hope to play it someday! From what the trailer showed, it didn't seem to have that VR type of look to it, but I could be wrong. It does look pretty interesting though!
The only game I've actually played was the FNAF 1 demo on mobile right after it came out. Aside from that, just the terrible mobile port of FNAF World on Aptoide. Really hoping to get the HW mobile port someday..

I personally don't know what I'm expecting...
I really hope they don't butcher the storyline of HW, and we get some references to it.
I know we got that Funko statue of Gregory hiding inside Glamrock Freddy's torso, but I doubt the animatronics are helping Gregory, from the dialogue from Vanessa in the trailer. They're hunting Gregory down, and Vanessa has to help Gregory get out.
And that deep voice from the trailer...
It could be Glamrock Freddy, but it could also be that new animatronic that we saw the hand of at the end, but it does sound more like Glamrock Freddy from the first trailer we got months ago.

Oh, yeah definitely! I mean, I'm hoping Scott and Steel Wool kept the VR timeline. It would make the most sense with Vanny's character. Even if we don't exactly know her true intentions...
I'm assuming the one she had "picked" in that leaked dialogue while back was Gregory, but I wonder why? What would she need to choose him for? I'm wondering if Gregory plays a greater role than we know, or we're going to switch POV between Gregory and Vanessa, and Vanessa may be the one Vanny has picked. Either way, we know from the dialogue in the trailer, the deep voice (I'm assuming is Glamrock Freddy/the new unknown hand thing) demands somebody bring him what he wants or they'll burn. We can only assume that there's going to be a fire for sure somewhere within the game that we have to escape from.
