Anyone actively using the link feature?

48 Votes I use it and also add text
20 Votes I use it sometimes but most things are on my character profiles only (HTML layouts etc.)
7 Votes I link them but that´s it
13 Votes I don´t care about linking my characters

(I mean the actual link feature, not HTML on a character profile)

I enjoy linking my characters, writing down their thoughts and I was wondering how many of you do similar things. The link feature is not that popular compared to most others things this site has to offer. (at least from what I see)  Especially links with some text in it are rare.  I also have relationship/connection stuff on most of my character profiles but the actual link feature offers a quick overview, is fast to access and it´s just fun to play around with? mhm idk I just like to fill it out I guess.

im working on linking all characters (when applicable, lol, im not just gonna link two strangers) in my lambieverse! its a pretty interconnected universe, with lots of small substories, and all the links have text (so far). i havent added some in a bit mostly because im a bit overwhelmed by all the elders (the gods, theyre one big family which means a LOT of links) but i have a fair few. its a neat feature that i only discovered recently, but i love it.

Not a huge fan of writing every relationship in character profiles for some reason, so I like to use the link feature so people know who interacts with who (and how they're related / think of each other) since it's easier for me!

I don't have many characters, so its something i decided to write up one day and i like having it up. i have basically the same info in my character's relationship sections, but i like the speech bubble format + i wrote each thing in the character's "voice" so to speak :v i just wish the links page looked nicer u__u imo its pretty ugly the way it is now

I use the Link feature a lot with my own OCS (to further explain a bit about their relations) and with my friends and their OCS! I also would love it if the links get a good old upgrade :”) they kinda look plain in my opinion.

this was something i was thinking about earlier! i do use it but in a jokey context. i use relationships on html more seriously but i think i would use links that way too if there was an option to seperate links by folders. i dont like the way all the links are just in one big row if u get what i mean

I much prefer using character profiles but for characters with simpler profiles that I don't want to put a relationships tab or anything I will link them and add some text. I think it's kind of too restrictive for the way I like to describe the characters' relationships :')

I don't know how many people would usually check the links on my profiles, so I've never really used them. I kinda prefer having the relationships of my characters listed on their profile html (most layouts usually include a relationships section) so yeah.

BlueTomoshibi

I definitely use it. I think it's a cute little feature that shows what other characters think of each other

Though I can get why people wouldn't want to use it

I don't put character relationships directly in my character profiles most of the time because that's what my stories are for

I use the links but left the text box empty, I don't like how it looks like I need to write it as a dialogue, I suck at those rip

I started linking individual relationships in my oc bios, making the stupidly long profiles even longer cause it has no coding so you scroll forever, maybe I should just move those into the links and not worry if it's a description or a dialogue written in there <:I

winehaze  ah I dislike it as well. Everything is pretty unsorted and you scroll forever. It's still a good feature but there could be some updates for it ^^ at least a sorting feature would be wonderful. Or perhaps a layout update. Everything seems so wide and empty, it makes the scroll even longer
