What's the status of all the new art sites?

Which of the new art sites do you use?

1 Votes Artfol
1 Votes Sheezy
34 Votes Buzzly
34 Votes None of the above
3 Votes Other?

As the title says, who's moving/moved and who's using what? There's been so many and idk if any are worthwhile, or if people are sticking to DA out of pure inertia.

And as a general question, what sites are you posting art on?

(Man, TH really needs the poll option that lets you select more than one.)

I haven't tried sheezy, and not gonna bother since it's closing.

Artfol experience: I agree with @Skykristal, it did feel like posting into a void. Barely any interaction. Gave up at this point lmao

I checked out buzzly recently, and I need to agree that the layout is nice, indeed! And the community seems so nice and welcoming. Let's see how it goes. Probably staying there for a while.

I made an account on buzzly but I have no idea what to do with it now

Pepperly

I'm still digging tumblr and newgrounds the most, but I try to post regularly on twitter. I'm uploading on occasion to buzzly as well, but I don't really care for browsing the site. I got more action on sheezy than buzzly, though; I don't think the buzzly userbase is big on whatever I have to offer.

Artfol has the same problem Instagram has/had, where it's only in an app. I can't be bothered when I'm rarely on my phone.

I'm still sticking to Newgrounds and Tumblr with a side of Twitter. I love Newgrounds.

I'll Admit I still feel burned by a lot of other "DA/Social Media Alternative" projects that've sprung up over the years to the point I'm not comfortable joining right away. Good thing too, Artfol iirc is mobile focused/no desktop support, and Sheezy's closing (+ how they handled NSFW policies / the lack of NSFW policies was very unprofessional imo).

Idk about Buzzly because it's also fairly new. I'd rather stick to older sites like Newgrounds that are long-established and active
