1. I found my boots so I finally have a choice for outside shoes between my 5-6 y/o worn out + sunbleached sneakers and my platforms.
2. I really hope this pepper starts ripening up soon otherwise it's gonna get too big for the damn plant, I swear every time I go out there it's grown more- It IS taking up nutrients and energy from the plant, but the plant is still growing, just at a much, much slower pace than the pepper. There's new growth on the plant itself and the leaves are no longer drooping so it's doing fine, apparently. When I got it I expected it to wilt. I don't even like bell peppers, but free plant is free plant.
Send help, my jade plant got so big that the damn thing had to be repotted to a massive pot that's wider than I am, and now my house won't hold it in the air. He's now sitting on a table in the front because nothing else will hold him. I'm eyeing his brother, who's also getting too big for his britches. I inherited my grandmother's talent for growing jade plants.
Also, it's going to be 92 degrees today. It's officially the first day of summer, time to hide in the house and drink plenty of water.
