I find a lot of Sailormoon imitation styles very gimmicky...? It's common to see artists putting their own twist and signature on 70's or vintage artstyles but.... These "90's anime style !" are always Sailormoon and nothing else...
I love 90's anime style with all my heart but it's tiring to see only Sailormoon gets the credit ;;

3. an ex idol trainee (quit so i could finish studying in my hometown oof; trained under Plan-A Entertainment for 6 months)
i love kpop and some of y'all are meanies for just hating on it for no reason / hating all of it for one dumb reason. kpop is genuinely good in many aspects and the music production has really high value and a considerable amount of effort put into it. especially us as trainees and idols. i've been there and i know how much effort, how much blood and sweat these idols put into their work and they deserve respect for their craft. even though BTS is shit and so is the fandom (which i agree with 100%, and was one of the reasons i quit since i basically got told 'change that attitude and respect ur sunbaes or you'll never debut' lmao) honestly, i still want to go back to being a trainee, but i have an irrational fear that if i ever miraculously debut, i'll have to live knowing that artists i work with and maybe even myself are getting fetishized or treated with a lack of basic respect by their own fans, i know because i've seen this fandom and y i k e s idk if i can deal with that man. but yeah, kpop is just as respectable and imo as good as any other genre of music please stop shitting on it y'all :(

it's okay to have boring/regular looking characters even without a compelling backstory. like yeah maybe they should have something different about them even if it's just an accessory or clothing item, but we shouldn't hate on people for having a plain German Shepard or a regular orange tabby cat. Some people might have a better connection to them and that's ok. In my opinion, there's no such thing as a "boring" character, as characters are usually a representation of sorts of the creator. Also, on the same subject, Mary-Sue's are ok too! They are honestly pretty fun to read about and develop.
