Do you still remember how you were invited? What was the site like when you joined, and have things changed since then? Do you have any memorable TH moments or big updates you remember particularly well? Have you had any long hiatuses on the site? Feel free to share & add more of your own too if you wish!
September 17, 2017 and have been pretty active since lol. I uploaded my ocs as soon as I could lmao
I snooped around here and there and i'm pretty good at figuring things out so i like the features and settings TH has, which by this time seemed quite much compared to its beginning ^^;
I joined TH on October 5, 2017, and to be frank, I'm glad I missed the time when TH forums were the dumpster fire people are saying they were, haha.
I've only been on here for 1.3 years (if I did the math right) but it feels like I grew up here. I can't imagine using any other site, I love the users, and while I haven't made any friends here, it all feels like somewhat of a family. I think the codes keep most of the weirdos and jerks out.
I don't like being the baby of TH (being 14) but at the same time, I do??? I guess it's because users are a little more mature on average. Maybe my real problem lies with feeling inferior because of my age, but that's more something I should discuss with a professional lmao-
I joined like exactly a year ago because raddishes was on an invite spree, and I wasn’t really on the forums at all until maybe two months later. I’m still just an on-and-off participant and I really only witnessed drama on a couple of occasions though I have heard a great many things from friends who have been here much longer, e.g poorly filtered NSFW and featured characters showing up on your homepage etc.
Speaking of friends...wow I’ve met a lot of cool people on here, and a lot of our interactions happen offsite; these forums aren’t actually that great for social interaction when you think about it. I have been writing RD for 6 years but suddenly having many people invested in it meant I wrote almost half of what exists of it last year. I also finally found the courage to post my 8 year old novel Eagles and Swans...
The TH I knew when I joined is quite different from the way it is now...it has already changed so much in a year, they added literature and I’ve been using that a fair bit, the forum games are kinda slow now, the people I follow and the interactions that came from that have also changed of course. I used to follow people for art but now interaction is my priority.
I joined 28 September 2017! I was invited by asking somebody on tumblr to give me a code and they did!! I wasnt active at first, but a few months in i used this site nonstop! It feels like its been longer than that.... My first character I uploaded was Victoria, and shes is still my most popular character to this day. I was 17 when I joined. and now that im 19 i can access the naughty forums too >:3 so thats a change!
I feel like as of lately I havent been as active as I used to be, but thats because i just don't have any inspiration to post in forums and stuff, and like... actually update my characters.
