2101, San Diego. Androids are commonplace in this world of the future, and so are bionic augments to existing humans. However, no matter where you look, you will always see a sort of corrupt system.
With back-alley gun dealers and hackers working for gangs, governments and police departments that run for only their personal gain and views, and androids who corrupt their own kind to push a political agenda. This world is chaotic, but one with ignorance would never notice. For example, some androids believe they should be equal to humans, and will forcefully change the minds of those who disagree. Some believe that they are superior to humans, and will do the same as the former. Gangs that rise up against each other and against the city, striving to do the right thing, or the purposefully wrong thing. And all the bystanders can do is.. Bystand.

I have a small idea, but I wanted to ask about it first: Would more robotic characters be allowed? Such as an old maintenance/cleaning droid who still roams around, but... There's something else with him... Something... Scary, in it's own right.
