Connie would come in around $25, and Sundae's worth $7! Dependin on the max you'd be able to pay I'd also be OK with art, I'd be fine w/ art for Sundae and a mix of USD and art for Connie

Hey there! I'm so sorry but I just thought better about it and I don't think I'd end up using Wil as much as I'm thinking, since I mainly liked him because "ooo pretty design" more than based on having a story in mind/connection with him. So I'll have to back down on my offer, sorry once again ^^;)
