If we are in the process of a trade or hold, I also reserve the right to cancel if you do not respond to my messages after a reasonable amount of time has past or do not complete what we agreed upon within a reasonable amount of time. It becomes a worry if there is no communication and/or the trade takes too long.

I'm willing to go under but prefer you let me know your willing price for consideration. I feel it defeats the purpose for me to have written on the oc a set price then set a price under that one again (cause if you don't buy I'd have to keep it at the lower price I offered you to be fair) so please let me know what you're comfortable with and we can go from there. ^^
