I can hardly describe what I'm looking for but here are main things:

human, humanoid or any char that can shapeshift into human form
don't care about gender
limited color palette: I'd prefer black, white, crimson, indigo, gold and all shades of grey
nothing too complicated! I don't like complicated designs
overal moody, dark, creepy feeling, gore elements are great BUT only a few
wings, horns are prefered but not a must
I'd prefer a char with a story still not a must
actually anything dark and creepy is okay, I'll look at everything
