It did that the other day as well when I was paying someone for a commission and tbh neither of us could figure out why because it shows as having gone through on my end, but my best guess is because a commissioner recently backed out of a large commission so the refund likely flagged my account as suspicious or something. It ended up going through for her after about 24 hours. Feel free to wait until it goes through to send the character over if you'd like!
klovni Aha, yeah I've had stuff like that happens a couple of times with PP, for similar reasons! If it's alright with you I'll keep the char over in pending for you for now just in case PP does something weird, but I'll check back in a little while and send them to you as soon as it processes!
