beenz Pillowfort is essentially a Tumblr-esque blogging website that does not take action against nsfw art created by people. It's not centered around nsfw, but it's the largest difference, as not too long ago last year, Tumblr went around removing, flagging and banning artists with art that showed too much skin, and people feel that their creativity is being hindered by the new regulations (p*** bots still weren't getting solved either, so it basically drove a bunch of the Tumblr audience to Pillowfort instead) 

Additionally, there are forums and communities on Pillowfort, which enables you to find more people who are interested in what you like.
