hey! I got a new art program (CSP) and am wanting to explore it a bit, so these art trades will be somewhat experimental.

About

• You may draw any character from my Toyhouse. yes, any character that is not in the for sale folder! i love getting art of my favorite characters as much as i love getting art of my lesser loved/obscure characters. you don't have to tell me which character of mine you're drawing unless you want to (i do like surprises). i would prefer if you linked groups of characters for me to choose from.
• I will be using my half of the art trade to experiment a lil bit, I have a whole new art program to explore! You are free to experiment with your half of the trades too. please understand the art i make may not exactly look like any examples provided, but i still believe it will be of decent quality. at the very minimum, all my trades will be sketch with flat color.
• We'll be exchanging sketch WIP drawings with each other as proof of our work at the beginning of the process! this is mainly for both of us to confirm that each other's work is original and that i am drawing your character accurately :)
• since there was a little bit of confusion about this, yes, your art must be 100% original and made by you. no tracing or bases. i will not be tracing, copying, or using bases for your art either. i am willing to provide layered files of my own art as proof.
• Trades will be roughly equal... I will trade colored bust for colored bust, and colored fullbody for colored fullbody. any shading or background is optional and up to the artist. please state what you'd like to trade for (example, fullbody for fullbody) upfront.
• This is not first come first serve... at the moment I really want to draw characters that inspire me so that's what I will be basing my choices on. if i don't chose you, i will say "no thank you" and no hard feelings! your skill or style isn't a concern, i'm just trying to practice with what inspires me ^^'
• I expect you to draw my characters roughly accurate to their ref, and i will do the same with your characters. you may also draw my ocs with other ocs linked to them or in their bios, and all characters with this tag can be drawn together! if you have any questions about my ocs please feel free to ask!
• if i happen to draw or color your character incorrectly, please let me know so i can fix it!
• while we will be trading approximately equal art (bust for bust and so on), please rmbr that these aren't commissions so you don't get to ask me to draw your character doing something extremely specific (such as in x outfit doing y thing with z expression). the artist gets to choose the setting/pose/expression etc.
• Trade halves must be finished within 1 month (4 weeks). please let me know if you need to withdraw or cant complete your half, no hard feelings if so! just keep in touch, that's all I ask. if i finish my half before you, my half will be watermarked & you'll get the unwatermarked vers upon completion of your half. (you may also hold onto your unwatermarked art from me until my completion if you so wish)
• If you've already traded with me via this thread once, you're more than welcome to post again for more trades when slots open up! the more the merrier
• you can stay up to date on the progress of my trade halves at my Trello
